２次電子増倍管の出力電流を受けて電圧信号に変換する
電流電圧変換器と、該電流電圧変換器の出力電圧を切換
手段により複数段階の電圧レベルに変換するレベル変換
回路と、前記電流電圧変換器の出力を第１及び第２の基
準電圧と比較してそれぞれ第１出力及び第２出力を得る
比較回路と、該比較回路の第１出力でセツ外され第２出
力でリセットされるフリツプフロツプとて構成され、該
フリツプフロツプ出力で前記レベル変換回路の電圧変換
比を切り換えると共に、該レベル変換回路の出力をその
出力とするように構成したことを特徴とする質量分析装
