Claims (1)
を備えるとともに、前部に食鳥屠体の排出コンベ
アーを備え、食鳥屠体を該投入シユート側から該
排出コンベアー側へ向つて移送しつつ冷却する冷
却水槽であつて、該冷却水槽の底部の左右両隅部
に、冷却水が上記排出コンベアー側から上記投入
シユート側へ向つて流れる循環水路をそれぞれ形
成する仕切板を、その幅方向の一側が上記冷却水
槽の左右の側面板に当接しかつ他側が上記冷却水
槽の底板に当接した傾斜状態でそれぞれ配設し、
該両仕切板を上記投入シユートの先端部位から上
記排出コンベアーの始端部位まで長手方向に亘つ
てそれぞれ延在させて上記冷却水槽内を上記両循
環水路と食鳥屠体を移送する本体水路とに区画し
、上記両仕切板の前端および後端に上記両循環水
路の冷却水の吸込口および吸出口をそれぞれ設け
、上記両仕切板の後端を結ぶ線上において上記冷
却水槽の底板に、上記両吹出口を露出できるよう
当該両吹出口とそれぞれ同一の輪郭を有する左右
の切欠部を備えた仕切壁を適宜な高さに垂設し、
該仕切壁と上記冷却水槽の後面板との間に、冷却
水の循環流を発生させる循環流発生室を形成し、
該循環流発生室に上記両循環水路中の冷却水を吸
引して循環流を発生させる循環用プロペラを複数
個並列して設け、上記循環流発生室を形成する上
記後面板に上記各循環用プロペラにより吸引され
た冷却水を上記排出コンベアー側に向つて上記本
体水路へ誘導する整流板を上記投入シユートの先
端部に向つて昇り勾配に傾斜させて設け、該整流
板と上記仕切壁の頂部との間に、冷却水の吐出孔
を多数備えたすのこ板を設けたことを特徴とする
、食鳥屠体の冷却水槽。 (2) 上記冷却水槽を上記両循環水路と上記本体
水路とに区画する上記両仕切板を、上記本体水路
の断面形状を略U字状を呈するように円弧状に彎
曲させたことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の食鳥屠体の冷却水槽。 (3) 上記両仕切板が上記冷却水槽の底部の左右
両隅部に、その幅方向の一側を上記冷却水槽の左
右の側面板に上記冷却水槽の上方向へそれぞれ回
動自在に取付けられていることを特徴とする、実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項および第2項記載の
食鳥屠体の冷却水槽。 (4) 上記両仕切板が上記冷却水槽の底部の左右
両隅部にそれぞれ着脱自在に配設されていること
