That is, using scissors, a knife, a mold, etc., cut out the desired design or letters along the cutting lines indicated on the back side of felt fabric, melton fabric, or other material, then punch out the desired design or letters, and then cut out the desired design or letters on the back, chest, or arm of the shirt. At necessary locations, there is a means of sewing by hand or with a sewing machine, or as shown in Figure fjS15, hot melt resin adhesive 18 is applied to one side of the marked fabric rope material 8.
The marks are glued together with heat, and cut out into the desired design or character shape along the 9 cutting lines marked on the back side in the same way as above. Means for dissolving and adhering marked hot melt pathologies are known.

By the way, in the former case, when making a pattern or letter-like mark, the surface of the fabric member is stained with the markings and loses its usefulness as a mark, and the mark is sewn around the mark regardless of its size. The use of multiple designs and letters, such as people's names, takes time and effort, and is extremely inefficient due to individual differences in sewing techniques, and also poses problems in terms of aesthetics and texture. In the latter case, there is no need to sew it as in the former case, but instead it is heat-adhered to one side of the marked material, and Hot Mel Bj (greasy adhesive is melted by heat and pressure and adhered to shirts, etc.) As the hot melt resin melts and flows in, it hardens the mark fabric material, impairing its elasticity and inhibiting its texture, which also causes cut lines on the surface of both the former and latter, as mentioned above. Inserting marks with a writing instrument contaminates the fabric, so if marks are placed on the back side and cut, the marks must be inserted in the opposite direction, resulting in extremely poor workability.

A sheet-shaped fabric member 3 made of textured fabric, felt, etc. is stacked, and a surface portion 4 of the sheet-shaped fabric member 3 is stacked.
(temporary adhesion) VI2 is adhered to only one temporary adhesion surface part so as not to be buried inside the material, and the solvent of the paste-like adhesive, which has a relatively weak adhesion force, is evaporated by heat drying or other means to remove the peeling tool fabric 1. The surface portion 4 is ffff1.
Depending on the material of the fabric member 3, whether to bond only with the surface portion 19 of the contact 7f or with the surface portion t biting in somewhat from the surface portion 19 of the board cutout X1 depends on the material of the fabric member 3.
The viscosity can be adjusted depending on the degree of dryness.

In addition, the release material fabric 1 is made of non-woven fabric, high-quality paper, film, etc. Those made of film have high transparency, and like non-woven fabric and high-quality paper, physical properties do not change at the transfer temperature during thermal transfer. In addition, the film uses a film that has been confirmed to be safe and hygienic due to its strong mechanical properties and chemical resistance that can withstand peeling resistance during transfer.

For example, the usable temperature for polyester film is generally said to be -70°C to +150°C, but its melting point is 260°C or higher, and for short periods it can reach about 200°C.
You should use a material that can sufficiently withstand.

In addition, when the temporary adhesive layer 2 and the base material 1 for release (1) are removed after heat transfer, the temporary adhesive layer 2 is removed after the heat transfer.
It is necessary to take measures to prevent the particles from separating further and remaining on the surface of the patterned member 17. That is, for peeling, it is necessary to use an adhesive suitable for bonding one side of the fabric. For example, adhesives that are mainly made of urethane, aqueous Iofmer resins, aromatic polyester aveo/mer aqueous resins, etc., and whose adhesion strength is adjusted according to the purpose of the temporary adhesive should be devised.

In addition, if the releasable base material 1 is made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin, such as a polyester resin film, it will not be deformed by heat during the pasting process and will be strong, and the releasable base material 1 will be transparent. Further, when the transfer member piece 13 is formed with the temporary adhesive layer 2 having the same color as the fabric member 3, the shape of the pattern member 17 to be transferred can be clearly seen from the back side, and the direction of the pattern member 17 and the clothing to be transferred is Unsuitability can be thoroughly considered before pasting, and when transferring and pasting onto the transfer target member 11, the pasting position can be easily confirmed and the transfer work can be performed without failure.

Next, when the surface to be processed 12 has cooled down, the base material for peeling 1 is peeled off as shown in FIG.
By flowing into the material, it is possible to strongly adhere and form a beautiful three-dimensional pattern, and it is also easy to transfer to a material to be transferred that has elasticity, and when the material to be printed is expanded and contracted, it is possible to form a beautiful three-dimensional pattern. The gaps between the fibers of the sheet-like fabric member 3 made of woven fabric, felt, etc. are adjusted appropriately by the adhesive layer 6, and the fibers 20 whose tips 5 are embedded in the adhesive 7i6 are prevented from falling off, and furthermore, the fraying of the cut portion is prevented. In addition, it is possible to obtain three-dimensional and beautiful designs or characters.
