接続してなる三値電圧発生手段と、非線形素子と
抵抗素子との直列回路を用い、前記抵抗回路の一
方の端子には、前記非線形素子の極性を前記第一
の電位から前記第二の電位に達する時間が減少す
るよう接続する、前記抵抗回路と並列接続する手
段とからなり、前記抵抗回路とそれに並列の浮遊
容量に係わる時定数の影響を低減せしめることを
特徴とする放電電極駆動パルス発生回路。 2 前記非線形素子をゼナーダイオードとしたこ
