第１図は、本考案の一実施例である固定装置を
含むデイスクブレーキの要部側面図、第２図は、
そのデイスクブレーキの要部正面断面図、第３図
は、第１図、第２図に示すデイスクブレーキの要
部底面図である。第４図および第５図は、それぞ
れアウタパツドとスプリングとの係合部分とその
周辺部を示す要部断面図及びアウタパツドの突起
と爪部の嵌合孔と嵌合状態を示す要部断面図であ
る。第６図は、本考案の他の実施例である固定装
置の要部正面図であり、第７図は、その固定装置
の要部側面断面図である。第８図は、本考案の更
に他の実施例である固定装置の要部正面図である

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 長手板上のスプリングを用い、該スプリン
    グの長手方向両端部が浮動キヤリパの爪部の表面
    に押し付けられる状態で該スプリングの中央部分
    をデイスクブレーキ用摩擦パツドの裏板に係合さ
    せることによつて該摩擦パツドを該爪部に固定す
    るようにした摩擦パツドの固定装置にして、 前記スプリングの中央部分に、該摩擦パツドの
    裏板から離れる方向に折り曲げられた形態の弾性
    爪部を設ける一方、該裏板に、該スプリングの側
    に突出して該弾性爪部に係合する突起を設けて該
    突起により該スプリングを保持させるとともに、
    該スプリングと該突起とに回り止め用の係合面と
    該係合面に対応した被係合面とをそれぞれ少なく
    とも一対設けてそれらを係合させたことを特徴と
    するデイスクブレーキ用摩擦パツドの固定装置。 (2) 前記係合面が、前記突起による保持中心か
    ら前記摩擦パツドの裏板に沿つて離隔した位置に
    おいて該裏板とほぼ平行に延びる向きに設けられ
    、かつ前記被係合面が少なくとも該係合面に沿つ
    て一面距離離れた２点において該係合面に係合す
    る形態で設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載の固定装置。
