デー、３はブレーキデイスク、１１，１２はブレ
ーキパツド、１３，１４はホルダプレート、１５
，１６はブレーキパツドライナ、１７は耳、１７
ａは耳の対向側、１９，２０はホルダフレートの
穴、２１は合せピン、２４，３３はばね、２５は
ループ状中間部分、２６，２７はＣ字形部分、２
９，３０はＣ字形部分の脚、２９ａ，３０ａは並
置の弧状に曲げられた部分である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ブレーキデイスク３にまたがるブレーキキヤ
    リパボデー２と、各々がブレーキパツドライナ１
    ５，１６用のホルダプレート１３，１４を有する
    一対のブレーキパツド１１，１２と、ブレーキキ
    ヤリパボデー２に取付けられホルダプレート１３
    ，１４に形成された穴１９，２０を貫通してブレ
    ーキパツド１１，１２をキヤリパボデー２に固定
    する少なくとも一つの合せピン２１とよりなり、
    これらのブレーキパツド１１，１２がブレーキデ
    イスク３の対向側に配置されてブレーキデイスク
    から離隔する方向へ常に偏倚されている形式の一
    般車輌、特にクロスカントリ・モータサイクル用
    のデイスクブレーキ構造体において、該構造体が
    ブレーキパツドホルダプレート１３，１４に取付
    けられ合せピン２１に作用するように配置された
    各ブレーキパツド１１，１２用のばね２４，３３
    よりなることを特徴とするデイスクブレーキ構造
    体。 ２ 前記ばね２４がピアノ線から形成されていて
    、そのループ状中間部分２５がこれにリベツト２
    ８を通してホルダプレート１３に上記ばね２４を
    固定し、並置されたＣ字形部の形状にした対向的
    に配置された端部分２６，２７がそれぞれのＣ字
    形部の脚２９，３０で合せピン２１に作用するよ
    う配置された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のデイスクブレーキ構造体。 ３ Ｃ字形部の前記脚２９，３０は合せピンの並
    列の弧状に曲げられた部分２９ａ，３０ａで合せ
    ピンに作用するように配置されたことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載のデイス
    クブレーキ構造体。 ４ 前記対向的に配置されたＣ形部分２６，２７
    は直角に曲げられた本体部３１，３２を有し、該
    本体部はホルダプレート１３の耳１７の対向側１
    ７ａを周りからはさんでいることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第３項に記載のデイスクブ
    レーキ構造体。 ５ ブレーキパツド１５用のホルダプレート１３
    と、デイスクブレーキのキヤリパボデー上にブレ
    ーキパツドを保持するために合せピン２１を入れ
    るようにホルダプレート１３に設けた少なくとも
    一つの穴１９とよりなる形式のデイスクブレーキ
    用ブレーキパツド。
