This decorative veneer is required to have a thickness of about 3 mm or more due to the need for concealability of the plywood, but scratches and knot holes in the raw wood will appear as defects on the decorative veneer at a certain rate. Due to these defects, about 50% of decorative veneers are rejected, resulting in poor material yield and extremely large material loss.

Stack multiple sheets of high-quality thin veneer 2 on the t surface,
It is characterized by bonding and integrating the thin veneers 2, 2..., and by manufacturing a decorative veneer by combining such thin veneers 2, 2... The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to Examples.

The purpose is to create a decorative veneer A having a thickness of 31 mm or more as shown in Figure 1(d). For example, when manufacturing three thin veneers 2.2..., the thin veneer 2, 2. Use the defective thin veneer 2b in the middle or bottom layer, /'
The thin veneer 2a of good quality is placed on the surface of 8, and the thin veneer 2a of good quality and the thin veneer 2 of poor quality are separated.
Decorative veneer A is obtained by combining veneer b. Here, as the defective thin veneer 2b, a defective part 4 of which is not visible on the surface through the outermost good quality B veneer 2a is selected and used. Many of them can be used without being discarded.
As a result, if the conventional material yield is about 50%, the material yield can be increased to 70 to 90%, although there is some variation due to the size of the raw wood 1, etc.

In addition to those obtained from low-quality raw wood 1 similar to high-quality thin veneer 2a, it is also possible to use one obtained from low-quality log 1.

。[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of thin veneers obtained by slicing raw wood in a-tally or slicing are laminated so that the high quality thin veneer is on the outermost surface, and each thin veneer is Since decorative veneers are manufactured by gluing and integrating the veneers, even if a defective thin veneer occurs among the thin veneers obtained by rotary or slicing raw wood, this defect will not occur. The thin veneer can be used for the lower layer to produce a decorative veneer, and defective thin veneers can be used to improve the material yield. Moreover, even if it is a thin veneer, a thick decorative veneer can be made by laminating a plurality of thin veneers.
