Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin composite decorative board without warpage at low cost, besides, having an antiscratching property by laminating and adhering by turns a sheet fiber plate made by thinly cutting a fiber plate, paper material and sliced veneer on the surface of a woody base plate. SOLUTION: The composite decorative board 10 is formed in a manner that a sheet fiber plate 12 is laminated and adhered on the surface of a plywood 11 through an adhesion via a decorative veneer 13 as an example of a sliced veneer and craft paper 14 as an example of paper material. A sheet fiber plaet used herein includes MDF (a medium-quality fiber plate) having a hard surface in order to keep its hardness. Also, the thickness of the sheet fiber plate 12 is made by thinly cutting a fiber plate having a thickness of the order of 2.7 mm into two sheets so as to be a sheet fiber plate having a thickness of 1.35 mm. Accordingly, the decorative board 13 is not affected of slight scratches formed on the surface of the sheet fiber board 12. In addition, an orthogonal intersection in the paper making direction of the craft paper 14 and the fiber direction of the decorative veneer 13 allows recessed parts caused by scratches of the sheet fiber plate 12 to be inconspicuous and cracks to be reduced in the decorative veneer 13.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a composite decorative board having scratch resistance and dry cracking resistance, there is a form in which a veneer made of a decorative veneer is stuck on a plywood. When used as a material, the surface of the floor material was scratched by casters or the like. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 2, as another composite decorative board 50, an MDF (medium fiber board) 51 having a hard surface is interposed on the lower surface of the veneer 52, for example, an MDF 51 having a thickness of 2.7 mm. A composite decorative board 50 having a 12 mm-thick MDF composite base material 54 made of a 9 mm-thick plywood 53 is manufactured. Reference numeral 55 denotes warpage preventing paper, and reference numerals 56 and 57 denote male and female fruits.

However, the conventional composite decorative board 50 has the following problems to be solved. Since the MDF 51 has a larger swelling ratio due to the absorption and release of water than the plywood 53, a thin MDF is preferable because it has a smaller swelling ratio than a thick MDF. However, in the current production facilities, M of about 2.7 mm
Only DF could be manufactured, and as a result, it was difficult to manufacture a composite decorative board which was as thin as possible and free from warpage.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a composite decorative board according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a composite decorative board 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a thin fiberboard 12 on a surface of a plywood 11 which is an example of a wooden board.
Are laminated and adhered, and are adhered to a decorative veneer 13 which is an example of a veneer via a kraft paper 14 which is an example of a paper material. Reference numerals 15 and 16 denote male and female members formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the plywood 11, and reference numeral 17 denotes a composite base material composed of the plywood 11 and the thin fiberboard 12. This will be described in detail below.

As the wood substrate, plywood 11, LVL (single-layer laminated material), particle board, strand board, wafer board or the like having a thickness of about 5 to 12 mm can be used. As the thin fiberboard 12, an MDF (medium fiberboard) having a hard surface is desirable in order to maintain hardness.
As the thickness of the thin fiberboard 12, for example, a thin fiberboard of about 1.35 mm can be used by thinning a fiberboard of about 2.7 mm into two pieces. As paper materials, 23
Japanese paper or kraft paper 14 of about 50 g / m 2 can be used. Note that the fiber direction of the veneer veneer 13 may be orthogonal to the papermaking direction of the kraft paper 14.

Next, a method of manufacturing a composite decorative board 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. A thin fiberboard 12 having a thickness of 1.35 mm is manufactured by slicing a 2.7 mm thick MDF into two pieces.
When a 2.7 mm MDF is applied to the cutter to make a thin cut, a feed roll is applied to the surface of the MDF. However, since a convex portion is formed on the roll surface to prevent slipping, a thickness of 1 mm is formed by the convex portion. On the surface of the .35 mm thin fiberboard 12,
During slicing, fine flaws occur in the slicing direction.
Next, when manufacturing a plywood as a wood substrate, the above-mentioned thin fiberboard 12 having a thickness of 1.35 mm as an alternative to a veneer face is used.
The composite base material 17 is manufactured by hot pressing at a time through an adhesive made of a thermosetting resin. Further, the kraft paper 14 and the decorative veneer 13 are sequentially laminated and bonded on the thin fiber board 12 of the composite base material 17 with another adhesive. Thereafter, if necessary, the surface of the decorative veneer 13 is painted with a urethane resin paint or the like.

In other words, fine flaws formed on the surface layer of the thin fiberboard 12 appear slightly when the decorative veneer 13 is adhered and painted. The thin veneer board 12 is adhered so that fine flaws formed on the surface layer of the thin fiberboard 12 do not affect the decorative veneer 13. Further, by making the papermaking direction of the kraft paper 14 perpendicular to the fiber direction of the veneer veneer 13, the concave portion due to the flaw of the thin fiberboard 12 can be made inconspicuous, and the veneer veneer 13 can also be cracked. In addition, for the adhesion between the composite base material 17 and the kraft paper 14, it is preferable to use a compound in which an anti-fogging agent (compounding inorganic carbon carbide or the like) of the adhesive over time is blended for smoothness.

According to the composite decorative board of the first and second aspects and the method of manufacturing the composite decorative board of the third and fourth aspects, a thin fiberboard obtained by thinning a fiberboard on the surface of a wooden substrate. Since it is used, it has scratch resistance and dry cracking resistance and can produce a composite base material at low cost. Further, since the thin fiberboard and the veneer are laminated and bonded via the paper material, the influence of the flaw formed on the surface of the thin fiberboard on the veneer can be suppressed. In particular, in the composite decorative board according to the second aspect and the method for manufacturing the composite decorative board according to the fourth aspect, since the papermaking direction is orthogonal to the fiber direction of the veneer, the concave portion due to the flaw of the thin fiberboard. Can be made less noticeable.
