関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a so-called decorative board, and more specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative board, and more specifically, a method for manufacturing a decorative board, in which a small piece made by joining together a plurality of boards in a wet state is combined with other small pieces for forming a flitch. This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a curved patterned decorative board by slicing a flitch made of wood in a wet state to create a veneer, and pasting this veneer onto plywood.

For this reason, many patterned decorative boards had pictorial and linear patterns.

Therefore, it is relatively easy to construct a decorative veneer with a linear pattern as described above, but in order to attach a veneer with a curved pattern onto a base plate, it is difficult to butt the veneers uniformly against each other. However, it was very difficult to obtain a chemical plate with a uniform curved pattern.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing curved pattern decorative boards that can be mass-produced.

Because of this, the cutting resistance at the slicer 7 is also small, so when cutting the plate materials 11, 12, 13, 14

Therefore, it is possible to slice the veneer while retaining the curved pattern without separating the planks that make up the curved pattern, so that a single veneer with the curved pattern can be sliced reliably and smoothly. It will be created.

。Furthermore, in the process of attaching this curved pattern veneer to plywood, unlike the conventional method of forming a curved pattern while bonding the veneer, a veneer with a curved pattern formed in advance is used. This is a method for manufacturing curved patterned decorative boards that can be attached extremely easily without pattern matching, etc., and the entire manufacturing process is suitable for mass production, and has a high yield.
