(Background of the Invention) Conventional methods for continuously pre-treating and reducing weight of long fabrics that are industrially processed and produced by heat-and-moisture reaction include, for example, Parzuru Range (Shandong Co., Ltd.) developed by the present inventor. It has been proposed to carry out the above-mentioned pretreatment and weight loss treatment by continuous moist heat using a wet heat reaction chamber such as a high-pressure steamer or a high-pressure steamer. In the reduction treatment method, a two-step treatment, that is, a two-bath treatment, is performed in which pretreatment (extraction, scouring, bleaching) is performed in the first step, and weight reduction treatment is performed in the second step.
It is a process treatment method. Furthermore, to describe this conventional two-bath two-step processing method specifically, the processing solutions for desizing, scouring, and bleaching (pretreatment) are as shown in Table 1, caustic soda,
It contains a scouring agent, an oxidized desizing agent, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium silicate, and the formulation # is different between Fabric I and Fabric II as shown in Table 1. After impregnating the fabric to be treated with such a treatment solution, it was steamed for 60 seconds in a steamer can that maintained moist heat at 130°C.
Complete the pre-processing by processing the trap.

Table 1 Next, the pre-treated fabric was impregnated with a stitch reduction treatment solution containing caustic soda and a weight loss accelerator as shown in Table 2, and then kept under moist heat at 125°C. The weight loss process is completed by steaming for 60 seconds in the steamer can.

Table 2 As shown above, in order to perform pretreatment and weight reduction in the conventional way, it is a two-step process in which the weight loss process is performed after the above pretreatment. It is necessary to install each processing device in parallel, which results in a large amount of equipment, and furthermore, there are problems such as doubling the thermal energy required for processing. In addition, the above pretreatment liquid contains caustic soda, a scouring agent, an oxidized desizing agent, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium silicate, and the reduction processing liquid contains caustic soda and a weight loss accelerator. Therefore, there were problems such as the need for a wide variety of chemicals and the consumption of many chemicals in the two-step process.

Inside the steamer can body 1, a large number of guide rollers are arranged to move the fabric 6 to be treated in an up-and-down meandering manner. Includes tension adjustment 0-Luer'. In addition, this steamer can body 1 is provided with nozzles 8 for spraying high-temperature liquid toward the fabric 6 that is guided and transferred to the guide roller, and further below each nozzle 8, these nozzles are arranged. A tray 9 is placed as a receiver for receiving excess liquid sprayed from the container. Reference numeral 10 denotes a cleaning tank, into which water discharged from the slow cooling tank 5 is supplied. 11 is a drain pipe for draining the liquid in the cleaning tank 10, and 12 is a drain pipe for draining the liquid in the tray 9. The liquid sent from these drain pipes 11 and 12 is purified. It passes through a filter 13 and is stored in a liquid storage tank 14 . The liquid in the liquid storage tank 14 is passed through a heat exchange pipe 16 installed inside the steamer can 1 by a pump 15, and the liquid is raised to a temperature close to the inside temperature of the steamer can 1 by the heat exchange pipe 16. , for example, becomes a high-temperature liquid of around 150° C. and is sprayed from each of the nozzles 8 toward the fabric.

Table 3 Next, to describe its function, when operating the high-pressure steamer, first, pressurized steam is sent into the steamer can 1 to maintain the inside of the steamer can in a high-pressure, moist heat state of, for example, 145°C. At the same time, the pre-treatment weight loss liquid having the composition shown in Table 3 above is poured into the processing deep dish 17, and by driving the Kite Roll 7, the fabric impregnated with the pre-treatment weight loss liquid in the process deep dish 17 is dried. After water is removed by the steamer 18 to prevent the chemical components in the treatment liquid from falling off, the treatment liquid is introduced into the steamer can 1 through the introduction side seam 11 mechanism 4 and subjected to moist heat treatment. The fabric 6 supplied into the steamer can body 1 is soon impregnated with high-temperature water sprayed from the nozzle 8, and the fabric becomes humid and swollen, and drug molecules temporarily attached to the surface of the fabric are absorbed. are moved toward the fibers where the drug molecules are more likely to be attached. In other words, if there is a part where drug molecules are not attached, the drug molecules will be transferred to that part, and the drug will be uniformly applied (impregnated) over the entire fabric. As a result, the pretreatment of the fabric will be reduced. Eating is what is achieved.

(Summary of the Invention) As described above, the present invention impregnates a fabric containing polyester and cotton with a treatment solution containing caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide, and then heats the fabric in a moist heat atmosphere at about 145°C. By carrying out a moist heat reaction for 60 seconds, each of the desizing, scouring, bleaching, and dispersion treatments of the fabric can be simultaneously and effectively carried out by the reaction of the treatment liquid at the above-mentioned moist heat treatment temperature.

(Effects of the Invention) Therefore, according to the present invention, - in one bath step, the desizing of the fabric,
Since scouring, bleaching, and reduction of dust can be achieved, it is possible to reduce equipment costs, speed up processing, save labor, and save energy.Furthermore, the compounding agent of the processing liquid is compatible with caustic saw bite. Since only two types of hydrogen peroxide are required, there are effects such as the ease and economic efficiency of preparing the treatment liquid.
