Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板上に形成したマトリクスＩＬ素子を、ＥＬ素子の各
    電極の外部引出し用端部上に横切らせて絶縁シール材を
    介して固着した背面板で気密封止したものにおいて、前
    記背面板の固着箇所に基板と電極外部引出し用端部との
    段差を緩和する絶縁層を被着し、この絶縁層上に絶縁シ
    ール材を介して前記背面板を固着したことを特徴とする
    薄膜ＥＬパネル。
