  1. 螢光体層２の少なくともいずれか一方の面に高電気抵抗
    層（５又は５′）が積層され、かつそれらの層２、（５
    又は５′）を挾むよ・うに少なくともいずれか一方が透
    明構造の２枚の電極１．３が設けられてなることを特徴
    とする直流駆動型のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
