Conventional cup cases for baked foods use starch glue and wax coating at the joints of the paper sheets that form the cup, so if stored for a long period of time, the starch paste at the joints will grow mold, and the joints at the time of cup formation will grow. The drawbacks were that it took a long time to solidify, poor workability, and the wax melted during firing, making it unsanitary.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, this invention determines the circumferential tensile strength of the thermoplastic adhesive part of the cup case to be substantially larger than the radial expansion force of the case that occurs during baking of the food dough in the case. The present invention also provides a cup case for baked foods, in which a polyolefin resin layer and a silicone resin release material layer are sequentially laminated on the inner surface of the case, and the joints are prevented from being punctured when the baked product expands. .

As shown in Fig. 1, the cup case for baked foods of this invention has a fan-shaped main body forming material 1 made of thin paper that forms the cup body, a semicircular border decoration 2 on the long axis edge, and a triangular border decoration 2 on the short axis side. The bottom mounting flaps 3 are each formed with a perforation-like cut line 4 extending in parallel at a constant interval substantially in the center thereof. As shown in FIG. 2, this main body forming material 1 is coated with a thermoplastic resin layer 5 made of polyolefin resin on one side, and has a wide area equal to the radius length of the cup on the right side of the imaginary line 7 in FIG. A silicone resin-based release material layer 6 is coated on the width part (including the flap 3) excluding the bonded part 8 in order to facilitate peeling from the fired product.

They are melted and bonded using this molten resin as an adhesive.

After inserting the mold 17 and forming a flat surface with the folding flap 3 on the inside along the broken line 10 shown in FIG. The coated bottom plate 11 is placed on the flap 3 with the resin layer 12 side in contact with the paper side of the flap as shown in FIG. to form.

The baked product 14 is baked as if it were to be released. In this case, since the bonded portion 8 is formed wide and the amount of overlapping bonding is large, the bonded portion will not be punctured even by expansion of the fired product.

Break the cup and take out the baked product (sponge cake) 14 from inside the cup 13 and eat it. When taking out the case, since a release material layer 6 is formed on the inner surface of the case, the case can be taken out cleanly without being scratched.

等の効果を有する。[Effects of the invention] As described above, this invention makes the circumferential tensile strength of the thermoplastic adhesive part of the cup case substantially larger than the radial expansion force of the case that occurs when baking the food dough inside the case. At the same time, we sequentially laminated a polyolefin resin layer and a silicone resin release material layer on the inner surface of the case, so there is no mold formation at the joint, the strength does not deteriorate, and the joint width is sufficiently wide. This prevents the cup from becoming punctured due to the expansion force of the dough during baking.
In addition, since the inside of the cup is coated with a release material layer, the baked product does not stick to the cup when taking out the baked product, and it is easy to take out and separate polymers one by one from a large number of cup cases, making it easy to form a cup. In this case, since the resin layer serves as a bonding glue, processing operations are simple and mass production suitable for automation is possible.
