(Prior Art) Generally, when manufacturing baked confectionery or steamed confectionery, a cup-shaped confectionery container is often used to store confectionery seeds. As such a method for manufacturing a confectionery container, a forming die is applied to the base paper on which the side and bottom surfaces of the cup-shaped container are developed and formed, and the edge of the base paper is bent or stuck to form a cup-shaped container. Then, there is a method of heating and pressurizing to solidify the adhesive applied to the pasted portion.

Configuration of the Invention (Means for Solving Problems) In order to solve each of the above problems, the present invention laminates a plurality of base papers formed in a predetermined shape by punching into a cylinder provided with a through hole. The step of putting the same cylindrical body in a water tank for a predetermined time to immerse the raw paper in water, the step of taking out the cylindrical body from the water tank and pressing the raw paper laminated in the cylinder from above to drain the raw paper, Each of the laminated base papers is separated from the cylinder into a set, taken out and dried to a predetermined water content, and then the set is pressed into a cup shape under heating.

(Operation) That is, the base paper laminated in the cylinder is subjected to the immersion operation by the water infiltrated through the through hole, and thereafter, the drainage is performed at once in the laminated state. Then, when water is still immersed to some extent, a plurality of sheets are pressed as a set under heating.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a paper material made of bleached oil-resistant paper (MB parchment paper; made by Finnish Cerachius) as waterproof paper, which is fixed after polymerizing every 15 to 25 sheets with interleaving paper 2 sandwiched between them. In order to do so, an adhesive is applied to the two side edges 3 and 4 adjacent to each other and left for about 1 day to dry. Then each paper material 1
After separating at the lower part of the interleaving paper 2 so that each set has a thickness of 2 to 3 cm, press punching, that is, so-called punching is performed to produce five sets of base paper of a predetermined size. Further, the base paper 5 is put into a cylinder 7 having a through hole 6 as shown in FIG. 3, the cylinder 7 is immersed in a water tank for 6 to 24 hours, then taken out from the water tank and pressed from above. After draining, the pieces are separated one by one and naturally dried to a certain water content. After that, a set of base paper 5 and paper material 1

As mentioned above, in this embodiment a set of cups 9
Since they are formed in an overlapping state, they are not only suitable for mass production, but they are pressed while heating the base paper 5 that still contains water to some extent, so the pressing effect is improved and the folds 8 are provided. However, it is possible to manufacture a cup 9 having a strong rigidity.

In addition, immersion of water on the base paper 5 while being laminated in the cylinder 7
Since the water can be drained, there is no fear that the base papers 5 will be scattered, and the work can be rapidly advanced to the next step.

Further, in this embodiment, a normal bleached oil-resistant paper (MB parchment paper; made by Finland Serakius) is used as a paper material.
However, the use of exposed oil-resistant paper (MS parchment paper; made by Finnish Cerachius) coated with silicone on both sides has the advantage that the stacked cups 9 can be easily peeled off and workability is improved. .

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the number of pleats may be increased or decreased, or as shown in FIG. 5, folds may be omitted to form a polygonal cup, or as shown in FIG. It is also possible to arbitrarily change the shape, configuration, etc. of each part without departing from the spirit of the present invention, such as forming a box-shaped cup.
