区分けされた前記ピストン室の圧力側室および供給ポー
トと連通している供給室と、前記シリンダ本体と第1ピ
ストンの間に形成されるとともに前記第2ピストンによ
って区分けされた前記ピストン室の大気側室および排出
ポートと連通している排油室と、前記第1ピストンの中
途部外周に突設されシリンダ本体に当接して第1ピスト
ンのストロークを規制する係止ピンとから構成され、か
つ前記供給室と排油室は第1ピストンの外周の軸方向に
並行して形成されたガバナ制限シリンダにおいて、前記
供給室と一端側が連通する溝を該供給室と前記排油室の
