業者が1個ずつばらばらの移動金車を数個作業袋
中に携帯するのみなので携帯しうる移動金車の数
が少なく、その結果地上と吊線との間の昇降回数
が増え作業が煩雑で困難であつたし、作業袋から
の移動金車の落下のおそれや昇降回数の多い分だ
け作業に危険性が伴つていた。また、従来移動金
車は一個ずつばらばらであつたので、持ち運びが
面倒で、整理保管が面倒であつた。
