ベルト12、減速プーリー13、ベルト14を介
して回転を減速伝達するようにしている。また、
回転軸7の上方の軸受15は、ジユーサー調理器
体2の使用時、すなわち、材料を上方より押し込
むときりスラスト荷重に耐え得るボールベアリン
グを用いたものとしている。

回転部材に内側の回転軸の回転を減速伝達する減
速機構を設け、前記中空軸を固定し、かつ前記外
側の回転部材の下部を支承したブラケツトを備え
