金型に関するものである。

脂の注入圧によりインサート金具が位置ずれして不良品
を生じる等の欠点を有していた。

にした金具のインサート成型方法およびこれに使用する
成型金型を提供して上記欠点を解消せんとしたものにし
て、以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明すると

ン27.27aがキャビティー9内に進入すると共に、
支持部材15.15aに嵌合支持されたインサート金具
14.14aの上面を押圧して支持部材15.15aと
押圧ピン27.27aとの間にインサート金具14.1

部となっていた部分にも樹脂が入り込んでキャビティー
9内全域に樹脂が注入されるのである。
