BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, when performing outsert molding on a product material made of pressed sheet metal, etc., the material is first press-worked and then passed through a leveler to remove any warpage that may have occurred in the material. After removing it, it was set in a mold for outsert molding and outsert was performed, so that the molded part was formed integrally. According to this, two molds, one for outsert molding and one for press working, must be manufactured and prepared separately, and processing such as molding of the product must be performed on separate lines using special processing equipment. As a result, at least two processes are required, and for each process, complicated and troublesome setup work such as mold attachment must be performed, which takes time and effort. As a result, the manufacturing line became more complex, the number of man-hours increased, and the number of products that were not easy to work with was increased. Furthermore, line costs and labor costs for at least two processes are required, and the mold manufacturing costs are also required, which becomes a cost amplifier and causes an increase in product costs. Furthermore, it is easy to cause cumulative errors in the mold size after each step of the process, and the product quality may be affected.
This also had a negative impact on accuracy.

Therefore, the production line can be simplified, and setup work such as all mold removal can be done for just one step, which reduces the number of work hours and simplifies the molding process and saves labor. can be achieved. Therefore, the work efficiency of the product manufacturing process can be greatly improved, and work efficiency is improved. Furthermore, line costs and mold manufacturing costs can be reduced by at least one level, so product costs can be significantly reduced compared to conventional methods. In addition, setup work such as setting the number of molds to the equipment (1 = J) only needs to be done once, so there is no cumulative error associated with the work of adding several molds, which was apt to be done in the past, and the product finish can be improved. Accuracy can be increased by -1 in the holding direction.

The mold is thus sealed. At this time, the material A is clamped by the inner circumferential wall of the space 211 and the outer circumferential wall of the male part 106, and is bent by the clearance 1 while being pushed by the male part 06. Therefore, the raw material A is automatically press-molded into a desired shape in conjunction with the mold clamping operation.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, when the movable mold 20 retreats and separates from the fixed mold 10, the pushing action by the male mold part 106 is released, and the movable mold plate 213 is moved by the spring 2.
It returns to its original position with a return force of 15. At this time, the molded product A is supported by guide pins 218 and 218 and held on the front surface of the movable mold plate 218.

(],) A fixed mold with a resin mold part for outsert molding carved into the front, and a product ejecting pin that is attached to the fixed mold so that it can reciprocate in the mold clamping direction and protrudes toward the front. In a mold consisting of a pair of movable molds, a cavity 11 for press working (one part is diagnosed and a guide pin is installed in the cavity 1nj opposite to the fixed mold of the dT movable mold). The guided movable 111.' I-shaped plate is biased in the front direction by a spring, and a hole is formed into which the protruding pin is inserted, and the resin molded portion of the movable plate is formed. A recessed part for outsert molding is formed in a part facing the fixed mold, and a male part is provided in the front part of the fixed mold to be fitted into the space with a predetermined gap when the mold is clamped, and by the fitting, A mold for outsert molding, in which the movable template is pushed deep into the entire space together with the raw material of the product.
