Looking at conventional heating devices with heaters, such as electric ovens, electronic ovens, microwave ovens that combine a high-frequency heating device and a heater heating device, etc.
If the food is to be browned only on the top side of the food, the heater device is installed at the top of the heating chamber, and if the food is to be browned on both the top and bottom surfaces, the heater device is attached to the top of the heating chamber. Heaters were placed above and below, but no consideration was given to removing as much oil as possible from the food being cooked.

Regarding gas ovens that heat with gas, a fan placed at the rear of the heating chamber circulates the air in the heating chamber to improve temperature distribution, but a saucer, etc. is placed below the food to be cooked. However, no consideration was taken to prevent the oil received in the saucer from splashing out again.

The present invention aims to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a high-frequency heating device with a heater will be described below with reference to the drawings.

A heating chamber 2 is formed within the main body 1, and a heating chamber bottom wall 3
A circular aperture part 4 is provided in the roller, and three or more rollers 5
There is a metal rotary mounting table 6 on top. A magnet 7 is installed on the metal rotary mounting table 6, and when a rotating body 8 provided close to the outer bottom wall of the heating chamber rotates, it is attracted by a magnet 9 installed on the rotating body 8 and rotates.
Note that a belt groove 10 is provided on the circumference of the rotating body 8, and when a pulley 12 connected to a motor 11 rotates, the belt 13 rotates the rotating body 8.

An oil pan 14, which is a pottery saucer used during high-frequency heating, is placed on the metal rotary mounting table 6, and an oil pan cover 15 is placed over the soil.
The role of these is that when the chicken 17, which is the object to be heated, placed on the wire mesh 16 is heated, and oil drips, it first falls on the oil pan cover 15, and then flows from the gap 18 provided on the oil pan cover 15. Drop onto the oil pan 14. Therefore, the oil that has fallen from the chicken and accumulated in the oil pan 14 will not splash out.

Next, a constriction part 20 is also provided on the rear wall 19 of the heating chamber 2, and the constriction part 20 includes a heater 21 that increases the temperature in the heating chamber 2, and a heater 21 that blows the air that has become high temperature with the heater into the heating chamber 2. A fan 22 is attached. That is, when the fan 22 is rotated by the pulley B23, a passage of air is formed by the blower plate 24 fixed to the front part of the throttle part 20, and the air is blown out from the blower port 25 formed by the punched hole provided in the blower plate 24. The air circulates within the heating chamber 2 and returns to the air intake port 26. In other words, it circulates like an arrow.

Here, a part of the air outlet 25 is connected to the oil pan 14 and the wire mesh 1.
6 and is not below oil pan 14,
The lower part of the object to be heated 17 is also heated and browned, but
Since the hot air does not directly hit the oil pan 14, the oil accumulated in the oil pan 14 is not heated and therefore does not fly away.

Next, the high frequency wave is radiated into the heating chamber 2 from a waveguide 27 provided on the upper wall of the heating chamber.

In the above explanation, we have explained a method in which a partition is formed on the rear wall of the heating chamber, in which a heater is placed and air is blown out from the upper and lower air outlets, and sucked in from the center. It goes without saying that the left and right sides are the same.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention produces the following effects.

(1) The top and bottom of the food being cooked will be heated and browned, and even if you are cooking something that drips oil, such as a whole chicken, chicken thighs, fish, etc. The oil will not splatter due to the impact when it falls, resulting in a clean cooking utensil. In conventional heating devices using electric heaters, the walls of the heating chamber, such as the side walls or the rear wall of the heating chamber, were most likely to be contaminated by this oil splash.

(2) 油受け下側に加熱装置を入れると、油受けに

(2) If a heating device is placed below the oil pan, the oil collected in the oil pan will be heated, and when it reaches near the boiling point, the oil will start to splatter. This type of oil splatter is most severe in gas-based heating devices and contaminates the walls of the heating chamber. However, in the present invention, the lower side of the oil receiver is not heated, and this type of oil scattering does not occur.

(3) When catalytic self-cleaning of the heating chamber wall is installed, the effects of 1 and 2 above are significant. In other words, in the case of catalytic self-cleaning,
Numerous small holes are formed in the catalyst layer to allow air to enter and oxidize and reduce the oil.
Therefore, if a large amount of oil enters at once, there will be no air necessary to oxidize and reduce the oil, and the self-cleaning ability will be lost. As in the present invention, since only the oil that has flown directly from the object to be heated is used on the heating chamber wall, only a small amount of oil adheres to the wall, and self-cleaning is completely achieved.
This, combined with the uniformization of the temperature of the heating chamber wall due to hot air circulation, has a great effect.

(4) 油受けを加熱室底部の回転載置台上に設けて

(4) Since the oil pan is installed on the rotary table at the bottom of the heating chamber, the hot air from the air outlet does not hit not only the bottom of the oil pan but also the rotary table, so the rotating mechanism of the rotary table is not affected by heat. This is particularly advantageous for devices that have both heater and high-frequency heating functions, since they can be protected from damage and therefore require no special measures against heat damage.
