In general, the loading of bags of cement, rice, etc. onto freight vehicles is usually carried out in places without such platforms, except in the case of modern collection points with platforms. . Therefore, in normal cases, all the cargo is once lifted from the ground onto the loading platform, and then loaded in order from the back of the loading platform. By the way, if this work were to be done manually, it would require the help of many people, resulting in a huge waste of labor and time.

In Figures 1 to 4, 1 is the body frame of a truck, 2 is a loading platform placed and fixed on the frame 1, and the side doors 3 on both left and right sides and the rear rear door 4 are connected to the floorboard. It is attached to the periphery of 2a so as to be able to expand outward by hinges (not shown) placed at appropriate intervals, and these are tightened together by latches (not shown). 5 is a driver's cab provided in the front part of the loading platform 2; 6 is a notch provided along the longitudinal direction of the central part of the frame 1 and the floor plate 2a of the loading platform 2; 7 is the belt conveyor body in the longitudinal direction of the loading platform 2. The upper conveyor 7a has approximately the same length as the dimensions of

is buried and fixed in the notch 6, and its surface is positioned slightly below the upper surface of the floor plate 2a, and the lower conveyor 7b is slid into the space 8 already provided at a predetermined position of the vehicle body frame 1. It can be stored freely. The belt conveyor main body 7 includes conveyor rollers 11 and 12 and a guide roller 1 attached to predetermined positions on both side plates of frames 9 and 10, each of which has a U-shaped cross section.
3, 14, 15 and a belt 16, and is driven by extracting power from an engine (not shown) using a power extraction device 17. That is, the output shaft 18 of the power take-off device 17 is connected to the roller 11 side of the conveyor rollers 11 and 12 via a speed reducer 19 and a transmission belt 20. Reference numeral 21 denotes a guide window bored along the vertical direction in the center of the rear fan door 4, which has a width approximately equal to the width of the lower conveyor 7b and is cut out to the lower edge of the rear fan door 4. . Reference numeral 22 denotes a lid body divided into a plurality of pieces at equal intervals, which is removably fitted into the notch 6 and is configured to be flush with the top surface of the floor plate 2a of the loading platform 2, and is configured to be flush with the top surface of the floor plate 2a of the loading platform 2. The upper conveyor 7a of the main body 7 is closed. 23 is a switching operation lever of the power take-off device 17 provided in the driver's cab 3;
4 is a wire for operation, and 25 is a support leg.

Normally, the upper surface of the upper conveyor 7a of the belt conveyor main body 7 is closed by a lid 22 that is fitted and latched over the entire length of the notch 6, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. When loading cargo, etc., the lid 22 is removed and the belt 16 is exposed. In this case, the size of the load placed on the belt 16 is equal to or smaller than the width of the belt 16. Further, in order to prevent the lower conveyor 7b housed in the space 8 of the vehicle body frame 1 from slipping out when the freight vehicle is running, a locking hook (not shown) is used to lock the lower conveyor 7b into the space 8. the lower conveyor 7b.
When in use, the lower conveyor 7b is always held constant by engaging the rear end with the locking hook or the like.

Now, when loading cargo, such as cement bags or bags of rice, onto the loading platform 2 of a truck, first,
A rear fan door 4 of a loading platform 2 is rotated rearward about a hinge to be held in an open state, and a guide window 21 is set at the rear end of a belt conveyor body 7. Next, the engagement state of the lower conveyor 7b housed in the space 3 of the vehicle body frame 1 is released, and the lower conveyor 7b is moved into the space 8.
2 and pull it out through the guide window 21 of the rear fan door 4 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. In this case, since the frame 10 of the lower conveyor 7b is made of aluminum, its weight is extremely light and its work is simple. Then, the lower conveyor 7b is sequentially pulled out from the space 8 of the vehicle body frame 1 through the guide window 21, and the support legs 2 are attached to the bottom of the frame 10.
5, and the lower conveyor 7b is installed in an immovable state. In this way, this lower conveyor 16
A load is applied to the hinge of the rear fan door 4 at the edge of the guide window 21,
and the support leg 2 that is in contact with the ground at the tip of the lower conveyor 7b.
5, but this is not a problem since it is lightweight as described above. Next, the lid 22 fitted into the notch 6 of the floor plate 2a of the loading platform 2 is completely removed to expose the upper surface of the belt 16 on the upper conveyor 7a side, and then the power take-off device 17 is driven and the output shaft 18 From the reducer 19 and the transmission belt 2
0, the conveyor roller 1 is rotated, the belt 16 installed over the rollers 11 and 12 is run, and the cargo is stacked on the front part of the floor plate 2a of the loading platform 2. In this case, if there is no place to put the luggage piled up in front of the floorboard 2a, the lid body 2a
1 is inserted into the notch 6 of the floor plate 2a from the front to close it, and cargo is sequentially piled up on the closed floor plate 2a. Then, while repeating the above operations, the cargo is loaded onto the floor plate 2a of the loading platform 2. In addition, the lid body 21
It is not necessary to fit all the way to the rear end of the notch 6 of the floor plate 2a, but it is sufficient to fit it in accordance with the amount of cargo loaded. When loading the cargo is completed and the lower conveyor 7b is to be stored, the series of operations described above is performed in the reverse order. In addition, when unloading the cargo loaded on the floor plate 2a of the loading platform 2, after installing the lower conveyor 7b of the belt conveyor main body 7 as described above, it is fitted into the rear part of the notch 6 of the floor plate 2a. The power extraction device 1 is removed sequentially from the lid body 21.
7, the conveyor roller 11 is reversed, and the belt 16 which is stretched over the rollers 11 and 12 is
This is done by running in the direction in which the cargo is to be carried out.

As explained above, this invention consists of a loading platform in which a notch is formed in the widthwise center of the floor plate along the longitudinal direction, an upper conveyor with approximately the same length as the longitudinal dimension of the loading platform, and The main body of the belt conveyor is approximately half the length of the lower conveyor, and the lower conveyor is slidable relative to the upper conveyor, and the central part is wider than the lower conveyor and has a guide window cut out to the lower edge. and a lid body divided into a plurality of pieces at equal intervals, which are removably fitted into the notches so as to be flush with the top surface of the floorboard of the loading platform, and are in an open state. The lower conveyor is pulled out through the guide window of the rear fan door, and the lower conveyor is installed at an angle between the rear end of the upper conveyor and the ground, making it easy and quick to install the belt conveyor itself on site. It can be folded and pulled out for installation, improving the efficiency and saving labor of cargo handling operations, and since the structure is simple, it can be manufactured at low cost and is economical. Furthermore, since the belt conveyor body can be stored at the bottom of the loading platform, loading space can be used effectively. Furthermore, since the belt conveyor body is lightweight, it is useful from the viewpoint of reducing the labor of the operator and ensuring safety.
