第１図はダイカスト機の鋳型領域を部分切開し
て示した概略斜視図、第２図はプランジヤロツド
とのプランジヤの一つのユニツトとしての図、第
３図は鋳造塊による鋳型成形部の湯口領域内の真
空―接続部の位置を示す図。 図中符号は、２……真空―接続部、４……プラ
ンジヤ、１０……充填室、１４，１６……鋳型、
１７……真空―接続部、２０……プランジヤロツ
ドの孔、２１……プランジヤロツド。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 真空接続部１７を有する型１４，１６と湯
    のための熱保持装置９とを備えており、この場合
    熱保持装置９がノズル７を備えている吸上げ管６
    を介して充填室１０と結合されており、この充填
    室内で湯を型１４，１６内に圧入するためにプラ
    ンジヤロツド２１に固定されたプランジヤ４が設
    けられていてかつ充填室１０が他の真空接続部か
    らの真空で負荷されている、溶解装置もしくは熱
    保持装置９から充填室１０内への湯の送りが吸上
    げ管６のノズル７を介して真空によつて行われ、
    かつ圧力鋳型１４，１６にも附加的に充填室１０
    にも真空が負荷される様式のコールドチヤンバ・
    ダイカスト機により、金属或いはそれらの合金か
    らガスを含まず、巣のないかつ酸化物の少い鋳造
    片を造るためのダイカスト機において、他の真空
    接続部として孔２０がプランジヤロツド２１にお
    いてプランジヤ４の領域内にまで形成されており
    、かつそこでプランジヤ４の環状路２６内で終つ
    ていることを特徴とする、ダイカスト機。 (2) 他の真空―接続部２が真空弁を備えており
    、この真空弁が両型半部分１４，１６が合体され
    る以前に既に制御可能である、実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に記載のダイカスト機。 (3) 熱保持装置９から吸上げ管６への移行の際
    の湯の速度を調整適合させるために交換可能な絞
    り７が設けられている、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項または第２項記載のダイカスト機。 (4) 交換可能な絞り７が吸上げ管６の下方終端
    領域６ａに設けられており、耐火性で摩耗可能な
    材料から造られている、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第３項に記載のダイカスト機。 (5) 交換可能な絞り７が４〜８mmの直径の断面
    を有している、実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項に
    記載のダイカスト機。 (6) 交換可能な絞り７の代りに吸上げ管６内に
    フイルタ材料が設けられている、実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項から第５項までのうちのいずれか
    一つに記載のダイカスト機。 (7) 吸上げ管６がこれの上方接続例域６ｂ内に
    まで作用する加熱装置１３を備えている、実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項から第６項までのうちい
    ずれか一つに記載のダイカスト機。 (8) 加熱装置１３が誘導加熱部或いはガス加熱
    部として形成されている、実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第７項に記載のダイカスト機。 (9) プランジヤ４が端面側で円錐形の延長部４
    ａを有しており、この延長部の大きな直径がプラ
    ンジヤ４の直径よりも小さい、実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項から第８項までのうちいずれか一つ
    に記載のダイカスト機。 (10) 吸上げ管６の内壁が耐火性の絶縁物質２３
    でライニングされているか或いは吸上げ管６自体
    がこのような物質から造られており、この場合絶
    縁物質２３が化学的に不活性であり、かつアルミ
    ニウム合金に対して僅かに湿潤性をもつて形成さ
    れている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第
    ９項までのうちいずれか一つに記載のダイカスト
    機。 〓(11)１１〓 熱保持装置９が充填室１０の下方
    で固定された張架板３１とプランジヤ４のための
    駆動部との間に設けられている、実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項から第１０項までのうちのいずれ
    か一つに記載のダイカスト機。 〓(12)１２〓 全システム内における真空発生が
    調節可能な操作スイツチを有する真空―測定器に
    よつて監視が行われかつ吸上量が制御弁を介して
    相応して制御されるように構成した、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項から第１１項のいずれか一つ
    に記載のダイカスト機。
