Since the part is once immersed into the elastic layer and then pressed forward by the repulsive force of this elastic layer, there is a problem that the repulsive force of the elastic layer deteriorates the impact force absorption effect of the entire layer.

A base with large cushioning properties is arranged, and the above-mentioned three-layer structure is configured to attenuate and absorb impact.

In addition, since the restoring repulsive force between the base and the elastic supporting wall reaches the head while being absorbed by the inelastic deformation of the gel material layer, the repulsive elastic force received by one head can be reduced.

An elastic base 2 with high cushioning properties, for example, a pillow body made of foamed polyurethane resin or foamed polyethylene resin, which is foam-molded 60 times, and an elastic support wall 3 with low cushioning properties, layered on the front surface of the base 2, for example. The layer made of the foamable resin is foam-molded to about 30 times the size, and the head receiving surface 4 is formed by expanding a flexible fabric, for example, a sheet material made of urethane resin, on the front surface of the elastic support wall 3. A gel material layer 6 is formed by filling a gel material into a cavity 5 formed between the elastic support wall 3 and the head receiving surface 4.

At the same time, the supporting wall 3 sinks into the base 2 due to deformation.

用がある。After the base 2 and the supporting wall 3 are deformed by the impact force and absorbing the impact force, the restoring force of the base 2 and the elastic supporting wall 3 acts on the head as a repulsive force, causing the head to bounce forward. However, in this case as well, the deformation of the gel material layer 6 is inelastic deformation, so it has the effect of attenuating the repulsion elastic force against one head.

In this case, after filling the void 5 with a gel substance, the void 5 is sealed with an elastic piece 51 to form a pillow body A, and this pillow body A is attached to the base 2. Just do it.

The front part of the enveloping outer covering layer 41 is used as the head receiving surface 4.

効果がある。<Effects of the Invention> As described above, since the device of the present invention is provided with the gel material layer 6 that absorbs shock through inelastic deformation behind the head receiving surface 4 that receives the human head, A car has been created that absorbs sudden shocks without producing any repulsive force. Therefore, even if the impact force applied to the human head is instantaneously strong, such as in a rear-end collision, this is absorbed by the repulsive force. This has the effect that it can be transmitted to the base 2 side while being well attenuated without causing any increase in the amount.
