This is JP-A-57-44 related to the prior invention of the present applicant.
The caster wheel described in Publication No. 03, or by further improving it to reduce its turning radius.
The caster wheels disclosed in the specification and drawings of No. 79 are fixed to the bottom of the bogie or the bottom of the container, so that the bogie or container can turn freely in any direction on a trackless track, and can be mounted and supported on the guide rail. It is designed to be able to move forward and backward in the forward and backward directions, and allows carts with caster wheels, containers with caster wheels, etc. to be regularly stored side by side in the luggage compartment of cargo trucks, cargo planes, container ships, etc. Furthermore, such trolleys with caster wheels, containers, etc., can be stored in parallel in the upper part of the baggage room, cargo room, etc., thereby achieving multi-stage storage under easy-to-transport conditions for the trolleys, containers, etc. That is. Furthermore, even when storing carts and containers with different treads, it is possible to store them in multiple stages and in parallel under a mixed condition, and in this case, it is possible to store carts and containers with different treads. The aim was to address the need to improve transportation systems.

In other words, in the conventional transportation system using cargo trucks, several carts with luggage baskets are stored in a box-shaped luggage compartment, but the upper half of the luggage compartment is sometimes left empty. Or, there is no particular regularity in the movement of the carts stored in the baggage compartment during loading and unloading, and as a result, the carts collide diagonally with the inner wall of the baggage compartment and are stopped. It is not easy to maintain regularity when storing these things, such as stopping them by touching them, and as a result, it is necessary to go up to the baggage compartment and rearrange these trolleys over and over again.9. 9. To store containers in the hold of a cargo plane, the containers are transported on a special trolley, which is then transferred to a roller conveyor and loaded in sequence. However, there is still room for improvement in transportation efficiency. Therefore, in the present invention, the above-mentioned carts with caster wheels, containers, etc. of the unique configuration according to the applicant's prior invention are incorporated into a transportation system using such cargo trucks, cargo airplanes, container ships, etc. ,
Improving loading and unloading work efficiency, improving storage efficiency, and ultimately improving transportation efficiency? , which I was trying to accomplish.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, in Figure 1.2, (1) is a 7-ton storeroom with a box frame-like frame structure on the loading bed of a cargo truck, (2) is the luggage compartment, and (2) is the loading bed floor of the cargo truck. , A bottom floor (4) (hereinafter referred to as a fixed floor) is laid and fixed on the floor surface as shown in Fig. 3 (-~(cl). has a wide groove 1
51 and narrow convex stripes (6) are arranged on the entire surface (
It is formed in the longitudinal direction and doubles as a floorboard shape. In addition, in the case of figure (bl), there is a groove 1 in the center.
61't-, and has a rail shape with convex stripes (6) formed in the entire longitudinal direction on both left and right sides thereof. In addition, in the case of Fig.
and wide convex stripes (6) are formed in the longitudinal direction at required intervals, forming a floor plate shape that also serves as a rail. (γ) is a floor plate (hereinafter referred to as a movable floor) that operates to divide the luggage compartment (2) into upper and lower sections, and can be raised and lowered via hinges (8) on the left and right inner walls of the luggage compartment (1). It has a central location. The surface of this floor plate (γ) is uneven in the shape of a floor plate that also serves as a rail, similar to Figure 3 (a) to (cl). (91, M is the movable floor (γ) of the luggage storage (1) The latch claws and the latch parts are male and female formed on the left and right inner wall surfaces to be held upright, and when the latch claws (9) are provided protruding from the tip of the movable floor (γ), the baggage storage (1)
A hooking portion 1 is formed on the upper part of the inner wall of the housing. The wholesaler uses a trolley with a luggage basket + 121z-frame on the top of the loading platform.
At the four corners of the bottom, there are caster wheels (G) of a unique configuration disclosed in the specifications and drawings of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-4405 and Japanese Patent Application No. 58-69779, both of which were previously invented by the present applicant. (also called swivel wheels) are attached and fixed.

In addition, the entire surface of the floorboards (4) and (γ) is shown in FIG. 3 (al,
In the case where the concave portion (61) and the convex portion (6) are not used in succession as shown in (c), the wheelbase (tread) of the cart (9) and the container used in the first to sixth embodiments may be different. It is also useful for multi-stage storage of mixed items. Also, for loading luggage into the luggage basket on the east side of the trolley or the container, the luggage basket can be pre-formed to open on three sides or open on the rear. This problem, which can be solved by forming a rear-opening door on the container, can be solved by installing a fixed floor ( 4) After being loaded onto the movable floor (7), the following truck (2) and container hit the preceding truck (B) and container (To), and these items are connected and stored in a series. The C111 group of carts and the group of containers (to) can be pulled out in a connected state to the rear and separated into individual carts I, co/tenors, etc. to ensure workability.

The present invention is based on a truck, a container, etc., fixed with unique caster wheels as described above, and a pre-formed floor/floor rail on a fixed floor or a movable floor of a cargo truck storage, a cargo airplane cargo storage, a container ship, etc. Since these are combined and configured, it contributes to improving the storage efficiency and transportation efficiency by storing these carts, containers, etc. in parallel in multiple stages. In this case, if the floor rail is made into a regular plate shape with concave and convex sections alternately formed, it is possible to mix and load various types of carts, containers, etc. with different wheelbases (treads). bring about an effect.
