    応して、該表示セグメント電極への表示信号の供
    給を制御する為の薄膜ＦＥＴ構成のスイツチング
    トランジスタを行列配置してなる表示装置に於い
    て、上記スイツチングトランジスタを構成する半
    導体膜の平面形状を、一定行数又は一定列数のス
    イツチングトランジスタ毎に異ならしめた事を特
    徴とする表示装置。
