クチュエータ、２１はリジュームスイッチ、２６はセッ
トスイッチ、３０はキャンセルスイッチ、３２は抑止回
路、３３はタイマ回路である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車速を検知し該検知した車速を表す信号を発生する手段
    と、該車速信号と設定された維持車速を表す信号との大
    小を比較する手段と、該比較手段の出力に応じてスロッ
    トル弁を開方向もしくは閉方向に付勢し車速か前記維持
    車速に一致するように制御する手段と、所定の条件下で
    前記車速制御を停止せしめる手段と、操作スイッチと、
    車速制御停止中に該操作スイッチの操作が行なわれｔコ
    場合は前記維持車速を変更することなく車速制御を再開
    せしめる手段と、該車速制御再開手段を起動する為の前
    記指示スイッチの操作の後所定時間経過後の車速制御中
    に前記指示スイッチの操作が行なわれた場合は、その操
    作中前記スロットル弁を開方向に継続的に付勢すると共
    にその操作紙工時の車速を維持車速として設定する手段
    とを具備したことを特徴とする自動車用定速走行装置。
