That is, the present invention involves winding a strip of an ordinary steel plate or a galvanized steel plate into an uncoiler, cleaning the front or back surface and both sides during winding by a recoiler, and then knurling both sides or one side. After embossing using a rolled roll, thermal spray metal is applied to the plate surface from several thermal spray nozzles on one or both sides, and this is applied in several stages as necessary, using electric heat. or by passing it through a heating furnace to an appropriate heating temperature depending on the type of metal to be coated,
By passing through the rollers of a rolling mill and performing rolling processing, various lightweight shaped steels or hoop materials that serve as the base material for welded pipes are made. In this case, the coating metal is aluminum, copper, zinc, or various stainless steel metals, etc. To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a coil of a clad steel plate by a thermal spraying method of dissimilar metals on a steel plate, in which the coating is uniformly applied to the plate surface using an electric wire type or gas wire type thermal spraying machine. Become. Depending on the metal to be coated,
In the continuous or subsequent treatment process, after passing through a bright annealing furnace, liquid honing treatment or buffing is performed for the purpose of rapid cooling and polishing, and then light cold rolling is performed in a cold rolling mill. . Further, according to the present invention, for the hoop of the mother plate unrolled from the uncoiler,
Thermal spraying is carried out continuously using a large electric thermal spraying machine that uses a wide band-shaped electrode that spans the entire center of the hoop, forming a thermally sprayed coating without interruption. After passing through a bright annealing furnace, the metal is continuously heated to a constant temperature depending on the properties of the metal and passed through rolling rolls under hot or overflow conditions, followed by liquid honing or buffing and quenching. After slow cooling, a film of a different metal is applied to the surface of the hoop made of various metals, which are passed through a cold rolling mill and subjected to cold working, to provide appropriate hardness and corrosion resistance.

The present invention will be described below with reference to Examples. Example 1 Using a coil of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 35 ribs and 3.2 skin thickness as the base material, the top surface of the strip sent out from the uncoiler was sprayed with a thermal spraying device as shown in Fig. 3 to form a medium-wide strip. electrodes (one is a zinc plate and the other is an aluminium plate, each with a thickness of 3 willows), a DC power supply with a capacity of 200 KVA and a secondary voltage of 28 V is used, and the line speed is 25 per minute. A zinc-aluminum alloy (an appropriate alloy ratio can be obtained by relatively controlling the thickness of the blasted metal used as an electrode) is coated without pretreatment, and immediately 250
After passing through a normalizing furnace set at As a result of skin pass processing of about 10%, a good zinc-aluminum alloy clad coil was obtained, which was then formed into a lip channel (10 m.
A zinc-aluminum alloy clad C-shaped steel having a good aluminum film and corrosion resistance on the inner and outer surfaces was obtained by forming the steel into a 50 side x 15 skin.

Example 2 A hot-dip galvanized steel plate with a thickness of 3.2 willow was attached to a fan coiler as a base plate, and the line speed was 2 b/min, and the surface was pretreated with knurling rolls and vertical grooves without cleaning. After passing through the roll, a groove of approximately 0.5 square thickness was formed and immediately thermal sprayed using a thermal spraying device as shown in Fig. 3 using a medium-wide strip of 18-8 stainless steel as an electrode at right angles to the direction of travel. Immediately heat the water to about 1000o
The plate was passed through a bright annealing furnace using ammonia gas of about 0.0 qo, the temperature of the plate was set to 950 qo, and hot rolling was performed using 4-high rolls to give a reduction of about 25%.
After rapid cooling and surface polishing by liquid honing, it is passed through a 6-stage cold roll, subjected to skin pass cold processing with a reduction of about 10%, wound on a recooler, and then formed into a lip channel 10 by forming rolls. Stainless steel clad C-shaped steel for the side of the ribs x 5 and the ribs x 15 was manufactured.

When the corrosion resistance was inspected, no difference was observed in terms of condition compared to 18-8 stainless steel. The present invention uses various insect-resistant metals as strip-shaped or wire-shaped electrodes of a thermal spraying machine, and coats the surface of the steel strip and, if necessary, both sides and back of the steel plate strip using multiple thermal spraying machines. Therefore, shaft resistance can be imparted to the inner and outer surfaces of the lightweight section steel or pipe.

The method of the present invention is based on the superplastic workability of an aggregate of fine metal grains, the application of warm solid phase compression, and, if necessary, further annealing or, for stainless steel, rapid compression. We produce clad steel plates and strips that are austenitized, have a fine metal structure that is easy to work with, and have good insect resistance, and can be used to make various lightweight sections or welded pipes, especially corrosion-resistant treatments on the inner and outer surfaces. It is possible to manufacture treated pipes.
