    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １対の電極面を有する半導体レーザチップ、該チップの
    一方の電極面側が固着されたヒートシンク、上記チップ
    の他方の電極面を少な（とも被う被覆体からなり、上記
    被覆体は高熱伝導でかつ高電気伝導材料からなると共に
    上記他方の電極面と゛電気的に接触してなることを特徴
    とする半導体レーザ装置。
