    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力端子と電源端子間に接続されたプルアップ回路又は
    プルダウン回路を有する入力だソファ回路において、前
    記プルアップ回路又はプルダウン回路が、−導電型トラ
    ンジスタと反対導電型トランジスタの並列接続回路から
    なり、該両トランジスタの入力電極は前記入力バッファ
    回路の入力端子に、出力電極は前記電源端子に、制御電
    極は前記入力バッファ回路の出力端子にそれぞれ接続さ
    れることを特徴とする入力バッファ回路。
