トランジスタの一方のベースに第1の抵抗を介してエミ
ッタが接続された第1のトランジー スタと、該
一対のトランジスタの他方のベースにエミッタが接続さ
れた第2のトランジスタと、前記第1のトランジスタの
ベース及び前記第2のトランジスタのベースに接続され
た第2の抵抗の一端に接続したバイアス電源と、前記差
動増幅器、第1のトランジスタ及び第2のトランジスタ
の各エミッタ側に接続した第1、第2及び第3の定電−
流源と、前記差動増幅器め一方のトランジスタのベース
側に接続された入力端子とより成り、前記第1及び第2
のトランジスタの電流密度を同一に設定すると共に前記
第1及び第2の抵抗にて発生する直流電圧を同一に設定
