つてくる時間Tlを設定しておく。この時間Tlは、一
定の大豆量に対しその水面が大豆表面になる迄の給水時
間を予め実験的に計測してこれを定めておくものである

操作は自動的に行なうので、人手がか)らず、労務費の
節約になる。大豆の表面がきれいになるので、衛生的に
も優れ、とうふの日持ちが非常によくなる。しかも合理
的な操作なので、繰返えし回数も少なく、短時間に洗滌
工程の仕事が、とうふの製造法の効率化がはかられるも

し、かつ給水時間T_1の経過後給水を止め、そしてブ
ロアーの駆動を止めて排水し、この操作を複数回繰返え
