続された温度依存抵抗素子と、他のゲートに接続された
基準抵抗と、温度依存抵抗素子及び基準抵抗の他端に共
通に接続されたコンデンサと、該コンデンサの端子電圧
を検出した充電又は放電時間を計数する計数手段を具備
し、前記ゲートを順次に開閉して温度依存抵抗素子と基
準抵抗とのそれぞれによるコンデンサの充電又は放電時
