めの双安定発振器と、２個のナントゲートと、この２個
のナントゲートのそれぞれの出力により導通が制御され
、前記ＤＣ−ＤＣコンバータ主回路部を駆動する２個の
出力補助トランジスタと、この２個の出力補助トランジ
スタの出力段に設ケた２個のパルストランスとから成る
コンバータ制御部と；前記バッテリの電圧の異常低下を
検出して、出力しゃ断信号を出力する電源電圧監視部と
；前記ＤＣ−ＤＣコンバータ主回路部の電流を検出し、
これが予め設定された設定電流値に達すると出力しゃ断
信号を出力し、ナツトランナの締付トルクを監視する主
回路電流監視部と；前記電源電圧監視部の出力信号と前
記主回路電流監視部の出力信号の論理和をとり、その出
力を前記コンバータ制御部に出力するオアゲートとを備
え、このオアゲート出力と前記単安定発振器出力のおの
おのを同時に、かつ前記双安定発振器の２つの出力のそ
