The following method was used to fit the Tokyo Electric wire into the vinyl tube. That is, for example, a guide wire made of tin-plated European copper wire is stretched and straightened, then inserted into a vinyl tube, and then one end of the guide wire is soldered to one end of a TEPCO wire, and the guide wire The TEPCO wire was guided and inserted into the tube.
However, such a method has poor workability and is economically disadvantageous because the tin-plated annealed copper wire is discarded after each use.

In these figures, the main body 1 is made of a suitable material such as wood, metal, or synthetic resin, and has one end 10a with a relatively large diameter.
It has an approximately truncated conical shape with a diameter that gradually decreases from the relatively small diameter pond end 10M toward the pond end 10M. This main body 10'
An air introduction hole 12 is formed along the axis from one end 10a to a pond end 10b, and a mouthpiece 16 for introducing air A is connected to one end 12a of the air introduction hole 12. has been done. Further, a guide wire insertion hole 14 is provided from the side surface of the main body 10 so as to fit into the air introduction hole 12, and reference numeral 14a indicates the entrance of this hole 14. A guide wire 18 made of a thread such as a double thread or a kite thread is inserted into the hole from the entrance 14a of the hole 14, and the guide wire 18 is guided from the hole 14 through the hole 12 to the other end 12b of the hole 12. ing. A flapper 20 is attached to the tip of the guide wire 18 extending from the other end of the hole 12. When using the above device, as shown in Figure 2, the vinyl tube 22
Compressed air A is blown into the hole 12 while the main body 10 is aligned with the entrance at one end of the hole 12. In this way, the two flappers are forced into the tube in the direction of the arrow X by the air flow, and the guide wire 18 is thereby inserted to the end of the tube 22. The advantages of the guide wire insertion device according to the present invention include the following.

{3} As the guide wire uses a thread such as Momen thread or kite thread, all you have to do is tie the rear end of the thread to the TEPCO wire, which is inserted through the tube.
Why soldering is such a tedious work.
