    ッケージにおいて、その外気と接触する面に凹凸が形成
    されると共に、半導体素子がモールドされた部分は、他
    の部分より肉厚に形成されていることを特徴とする半導
    体素子のプラスチックパッケージ。
  2. （２）外気と接触する面に、−半導体素子から放射状に
    延出するリード線に沿った、凹状溝が形成されている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体素子のプラス
    チックパッケージ。
