DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, before spraying the spraying material, a cardboard joint pattern finishing pattern is attached in advance to the lower part of the wall surface, etc. to be painted, and the spraying material is removed after the construction. This invention relates to a method of forming a pattern.

Currently, concrete walls, particularly exterior walls, are generally finished by various types of spraying materials in order to provide waterproofness and aesthetic appearance. However, this method of spraying inevitably results in a monotonous finish because the coating film is seamless, and some of them have irregularities such as stucco finish or pattern roller finish, but it is difficult to operate the spray gun or create the pattern with the pattern roller. There is a limit to the output.

(Hereinafter, the term "wall surface" is used to mean "the surface to be sprayed." Therefore, it includes things such as panels that are assembled to form walls after spraying, pillar surfaces, ceiling surfaces, etc.

) On the other hand, conventional methods have been to attach thin bricks or ceramic tiles to walls to create a solid and calm finish. However, in this case, it is time-consuming to attach each piece one by one, and joint treatment is also required, resulting in low efficiency and high costs. There is also a risk that these bricks and tiles will peel off and fall off as they get older. .

In recent years, construction methods have begun to use sprayed materials to create joint patterns and a solid feel similar to those of tiles and bricks. This can be done by pasting adhesive tape vertically and horizontally on the wall base, or by pasting a molded film made by punching out joint patterns using a thin plastic film coated with adhesive on both sides, and then spraying the entire surface with spray material and then applying the tape. The pattern film is peeled off to reveal the joint pattern on the wall. However, if these tapes and films are pulled too hard during handling, they will stretch and shrink after adhesion, and if the tension is too weak, they may wrinkle or sag, making it difficult to get parallel lines when pasting to the wall base, or making it difficult to join. It had drawbacks such as not being able to do it well, making it difficult to adhere the adhesive, and it was extremely difficult to produce a uniform pattern. Moreover, spraying causes elongation and deformation even when peeled off later, so the width and position of the joints vary, making it difficult to obtain a beautiful finish.

Therefore, the present inventor conducted various trial production studies in order to eliminate the drawbacks of conventional methods, and as a result, developed a joint pattern creation method in which the pattern is made of cardboard. The present invention will be described in detail below based on the drawings.

This cardboard (9) needs to have sufficient strength and appropriate flexibility due to its purpose, and can be coated paper with a thickness of 0.3 to 1 fl (more preferably 0.4 to 0.7 fl). High-quality paper such as printing paper is preferably used. Anyway, this cardboard (9)
It does not have to be a single layer (it can also be made of several layers of thinner paper).

Furthermore, the margin area (13) is a part that is separated from the main body part by the cut line (110) but remains on the release paper (11), and is a part that is separated from the main body part (A) and the release paper (l''). The aim is to improve work efficiency by making peeling easier.

FIG. 2 shows the joint pattern finishing pattern (1) shown in FIG. 1 attached to a wall base (2) to be constructed by the method of the present invention. In this example, the wall base (2) was smoothed and then colored acrylic resin solvent paint (3) was uniformly sprayed at a rate of 0.3 kg/nr. After drying the acrylic resin solvent paint (3), inking is performed using white chiroku, and the finishing paper for joint pattern (1) is adhered to the left and right, top and bottom in order according to the ink, and is attached to the entire wall surface. Also, the paint (3) used at this time is a color that will make the joint pattern part visible after completion.

While the skin-based spray material (4) is semi-drying (within 1 hour of spraying), remove the pattern body (A) one by one from the wall as shown in Figure 3, and you will see that it is on the pattern body (A). Spraying material (4
1) are removed together, and the remaining spray material (42) remains on the wall in the form of an embossed pattern (5) similar to a stuck tile or brick. After this remaining spray material (42) is sufficiently dried and solidified (for example, after about 24 hours), apply the acrylic-urethane transparent paint (6) as shown in Fig. 4 using a spray gun with a diameter of 2 m (spray pressure: 5kg/cd) and 0.3kg/rd
Apply it evenly at a ratio of 1 to 2 to give the entire wall a gloss and durability.

As explained in detail above, this spray painting wall surface etc. by the method of the present invention can be applied to the main body of the finishing pattern for the joint pattern (
Since A) is made of cardboard, there will be no wrinkles or sag when pasting it to the wall base, and the pattern bodies can be joined together with complete certainty, so there will be no distortion of the joint pattern at all. What's more, the spraying material does not deform when it is peeled off and can be peeled off in the direction of peeling, so it can be removed neatly from the wall (
(including panel surfaces, etc.) are finished. In addition, due to its stiffness and strength, it can be removed from walls extremely smoothly even when the spray material has a coating thickness of 4 to 5 fi or more, making it easy to attach the pattern itself to the wall base. , work efficiency will be greatly improved. Also,
Since the paper pattern used in the present invention is made of paper, it has many advantages such as being easy to manufacture, inexpensive, and suitable for mass production.
