[Detailed description of the invention] This invention creates a joint pattern on the wall surface by pasting pattern finishing materials such as sprayed material on the wall base to be coated before applying it, and removing it after the finishing material is applied. It concerns improvements to the paper patterns that can be produced.

BACKGROUND ART Currently, concrete walls, particularly exterior walls, are generally finished with various types of spraying materials in order to provide waterproof properties and aesthetic appeal. However, since the coating film is seamless with this spray finish, it inevitably results in a monotonous finish, and although there are some types with irregularities such as stucco finish and pattern roller finish, it is difficult to operate the spray gun or create the pattern with the pattern roller. There is a limit to the output.

On the other hand, conventional methods have been to attach thin bricks or ceramic tiles to walls to create a solid and calm finish. However, in this case, it is time-consuming to attach each piece one by one, and joint treatment is also required, resulting in low efficiency and high costs. There is also a risk that these bricks and tiles will peel off and fall off as they get older. .

Therefore, in recent years, a construction method has been used that uses spray finishing to create a joint pattern and a solid feel similar to the adhesive finish of tiles and bricks.
This can be done by pasting adhesive tape vertically and horizontally on the wall base, or by punching out joint patterns in a thin plastic film coated with adhesive on both sides, pasting a pattern film on it, spraying spray material over the entire surface, and then using tape or molds. The film is removed to reveal the joint pattern on the wall. However, if these tapes and molded films are pulled too hard during handling, they will stretch and contract after being pasted. If the tension is weak, they will wrinkle or sag, making it difficult to get parallel lines when pasting, or making it difficult to join. It had drawbacks such as not being able to do it well, not only slowing down the adhesion process but also making it extremely difficult to produce a uniform pattern. Moreover, even when removed after spraying, elongation and deformation occur, resulting in variations in the width and position of the joints, making it difficult to obtain a beautiful finish.

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention conducted various trial production research in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional method, and as a result, developed a paper pattern whose main body is made of cardboard. Since this pattern is sturdy, there will be no wrinkles or sagging when pasting it to the wall base, and the pattern itself can be joined together with complete certainty. Also, it will not deform when the pattern itself is removed after spraying, so it will not distort the joint pattern. It has the characteristics that there is no distortion, the embossed parts are finished neatly according to the pattern, and because it is sturdy and strong, it can be blown thickly, and it is easy to handle and has high work efficiency.

However, it has been found that this paper pattern has the disadvantage that when it is removed from the wall base, a portion of the cardboard separates and adheres to the joint area along with the adhesive, impairing its appearance. This is due to the fact that the cardboard absorbs moisture from the spraying material and becomes brittle, making it easier to separate into layers. However, this deposit is difficult to remove and requires the difficulty of scraping the narrow joints with a spatula. This requires a time-consuming cleaning process, leading to high costs.

As a result of further research, the inventor of the present invention developed a paper pattern that allows the paper pattern itself to be easily and reliably removed from the wall base even if the cardboard separates and peels.

Figures 1 and 2 show an example of a pattern 1 for finishing a joint pattern (hereinafter referred to as a "pattern") according to the present invention. It is lined with release paper 4 and punched out leaving a joint pattern part 11. Further, in the figure, reference numeral 12 indicates a punched portion, and 41 indicates a release agent layer.

The base material 2 constitutes the paper pattern main body A, and includes a cardboard layer 21 to give the pattern main body A enough stiffness to retain its shape, and this cardboard layer 21 to be used as an adhesive 3 when removed after applying the finishing agent. It also includes a water-resistant layer 22 to prevent the layer from peeling off and adhering to the joint area. Both 21 and 22 are integrated by laminating with an adhesive 23 or adhering with an adhesive. It is desirable that this integration be strong, but even if the two are separated, it does not pose much of a problem as will be described later.

The water-resistant layer 22 is made of polyethylene, polypropylene,
Film-like or sheet-like materials such as polystyrene, nylon, polyester, and other plastic films, synthetic paper, and paper-like nonwoven fabrics made from synthetic fibers are used. However, since this water-resistant layer 22 is intended to prevent the cardboard layer 21 from coming into direct contact with the adhesive 3, it does not require much strength or shape retention, and a plastic film as thin as about 10 μm is sufficient. Of course, it may be as thick as 50μ or more.

On the other hand, the cardboard used for the cardboard layer 21 is

In addition, the thickness of the cardboard layer 21 is 0.2~
Medium-quality paper or kraft paper with a thickness of about 1 mm is used. More preferably, it is 0.3 to 0.6 mm. Furthermore, if a waterproof layer 24 made of solder or plastic is applied to the surface of the cardboard layer 21 as shown in FIG. 3, water absorption from the surface is prevented and brittleness due to water absorption is suppressed.

Note that if both the base material 2 and the release paper 4 are punched out leaving the joint portions intact, the release paper 4 will be difficult to peel off during use. Therefore, a margin part 14 is provided at one end, which is separated from the main body part by a cut line 13 but remains on the release paper 4, as shown by the chain line in the figure, and the paper pattern body A is folded at this cut line 13. The release paper 4 may be separated. Alternatively, such a margin may be omitted and the release paper 4 may be left as it is without being molded with a mold and used as a separation means. In this case, the base material 2 portion is naturally molded, but the punched portions 12 may be left as they are on the release paper 4. In addition to the above-mentioned joint patterns, it goes without saying that various regular or irregular patterns may be used.

Next, one example of how to use the paper pattern of the present invention will be explained. First, as shown in Figure 4, after repairing the wall base 5 to make it smooth (base adjustment), paint 6 such as colored acrylic resin is sprayed uniformly at a rate of about 0.3 kg/ m2 . . After the paint 6 dries, inking is performed using a white chalk, and the paper pattern main body A from which the release paper 4 has been peeled off is adhered sequentially from left to right and up and down according to the ink, and is attached to the entire wall surface. Next, as a pattern finishing material, a spray material 7 such as a skin type mainly composed of acrylic resin emulsion is applied to 4~
Apply evenly at a rate of about 5 kg/m 2 to create a smooth uneven pattern.

While the spraying material 7 is semi-dry (about 1 hour after spraying), when the pattern main body A is peeled off from the wall one by one as shown in FIG. remains on the wall in the form of an embossed pattern similar to adhesive tiles or bricks. At this time, even if the cardboard layer 21 of the pattern main body A becomes brittle due to water absorption and separates or breaks, the water-resistant layer 22 is connected to the entire pattern main body A, so it will peel off cleanly throughout the paper pattern main body A. Pieces of cardboard never stick to the joints like they do with other products. However, it is conceivable that the film of the water-resistant layer may be cut in the middle, or that the ends of each paper pattern body may separate into the cardboard layer 21 and the water-resistant layer 22, but in that case, only the film attached to the wall base can be peeled off. You can easily remove it.
Note that if the adhesive 3 separates from the water-resistant layer 22 and remains in the joint, it will not be noticeable and there will be no problem.

After this remaining spray material 72 is sufficiently dried and solidified (for example, after 24 hours), a transparent paint 8 of, for example, acrylic-urethane type is applied with a 0.3
Apply it evenly at a rate of approximately Kg/m 2 to extend the entire wall surface and add durability. In this way, as shown in FIG. 7, a spray-painted wall surface 9 is obtained in which the joint portions 9a are finished in the color of the paint 7 and the raised portions 9b are finished in the color of the spray material 72.

In addition to the above-mentioned spray material, a solid paint 10 as shown in FIG. 8 can also be used as the pattern finishing material. In this case, since the solid paint 10 is applied by rubbing it onto the wall base, if the pattern main body A is tape or double-sided adhesive tape, there are problems such as stretching, high frictional resistance, and peeling from the wall base. In addition, since the paper pattern body of the present invention is neither slippery nor stretchy, it is extremely easy to use for solid paint 10.

However, since the paper pattern body of the present invention is made of an integrated cardboard layer and water-resistant layer, it has shape retention and moderate stiffness, and can be applied without distortion to the wall base and after the pattern finishing material is applied. It is possible to remove the parts without deformation, and it is possible to obtain well-organized joints and raised parts.
When removed, cardboard fragments are completely prevented from adhering to the joints along with the adhesive, resulting in a beautiful finish. It is also extremely easy to handle, including pasting the pattern itself to the wall base, and greatly increases work efficiency. This will bring about an improvement in performance. Furthermore, the cardboard layer, plastic film, etc. do not need to be of very high quality, and the production itself is simple and inexpensive, and has many advantages such as being suitable for mass production.
