    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定気体Ｇが搬送される気体搬送路１の途中に該搬送
    路に連通した測定チャンバ４を連設し、該測定チャンバ
    内に前記被測定気体の濃度を検出するためのセンサ５を
    設置するとともに、該測定チャンバと気体搬送路との間
    の連通部６に該連通部の長さ方向に沿う複数の吸排気通
    路７を設けてなる気体搬送路における濃度測定装置。
