Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ガフスなどに付着している油膜を除去するための粉末剤
の製造法に係るものである。
自動車のフロントガラスやサイドガラスなどには、洗車
の後に使用するワックス、シリコン剤や走行中に受ける
排ガス、油煙などが油膜となってガラス面に付着し不透
明となっている。
特に雨天の日などはフロントガラス面にこびりついてい
る油膜のために水が弾かれて、視界が遮ぎられ、交通安
全を妨げる一因となっている。
従来この油膜除去剤として多種類のものが市販されてい
るが、未だ完全な効果を有するものがなかった。
また従来の缶、壜入りの粘性の油膜除去剤は、出口で固
まって出彊くなったり容器の底に沈澱したりして、使用
上非常に不便であった。
本発明は従来の油膜除去剤のＬ記欠点に鑑み、油膜除去
効果の大なる組成の物とすると共に加熱乾燥して微粉末
状とし、油膜除去を完全にすると共に缶、壜等の出口を
塞いだり容器の底に沈敵することなく、使用と便利にし
たものである。
本発明の組成および使用の実施例を次に説明する。
本発明は酸化セリウム、シルコニウム、珪酸塩の混合粉
末に、プロピレン、グリコールヲ加エて混練し、さらに
少量のブチカルビノールを添加して混練した後、加熱乾
燥して製品とする。
本発明粉末剤の使用の場合は、周知のノミ取粉入れの蓋
付壬午に収容し、雨天の場合は雨水で濡れたフロントガ
ラスあるいはサイドガラス面に指先で缶を押して粉末剤
を振りかけた後スポンジで磨擦すれば、油膜は完全に除
去されるので、その後雨水を利用して洗い流して置けば
良い。
また雨天以外の場合はホース等でガラス面を濡らした後
、Ｊ：、ｆｆＥｌのように操作し、水洗して置けば良い
。
この結果ガラス面は透明、視界は極めて良好となり、安
全運転ができるようになった。
しかも薬品は濃縮された粉末状であるから、油膜除去効
果は倍増され、軽量であるから取扱が便利で輸送費も節
約できるようになったものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 酸化セリウム、ジルコニウム、珪酸塩の混合粉体にプロ
    ピレン、グリコールを加えて混練し、さらに少量のブチ
    ルカルピノ−μを添加して混練した後、加熱乾燥して製
    品とした、油膜除去粉末剤の製造法。
