Abstract

PURPOSE:To save conductive material and enhance productivity by forming conductor which configurates a shading coil by the mig-welding of a conductor which forms a shading coil with a welding wire consisting of predetermined conductive material used as the electrode. CONSTITUTION:A shading coil 3 is formed in the following processes that the mig-welding is carried out in the parallel grooves 1a, 1b formed at the end surface of layered iron core 1 with a welding wire made of conductive material used as the electrode and then further carrying out the mig-welding to the end portions of conductors 3a, 3b fixed in the grooves 1a, 1b in order to form short- circuited annular shape. As said conductive material, copper, phosphor bronze or aluminum, etc. is generally used.

The purpose of this invention is to improve the above two or more drawbacks of the conventional method. Grooves are provided at predetermined intervals on the end face of the iron core, and a welding wire made of a desired electrical material is inserted into the grooves. All MIG welding is performed using the conductor as an electrode, and the ends of the conductor filled and fixed in the groove are short-circuited to form a shaded coil to supply iron cores for electrical equipment.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. In Figure 1.1. The same reference numerals as in Fig. 2 indicate the same or equivalent parts, and (3) shows a welding wire made of a 731i conductive material in parallel grooves (1a) and (1b) formed on the end face of the laminated core (1). MIG welding was performed as electrodes, and conductors (5a) were filled and fixed in the grooves (1a) and (1b).
) (3b) is further short-circuited by MIG welding to form a ring-shaped coil.
