せる式を一般とするもので、か)るものでは該切削加工
に際し、該肉薄部bが多少とも弱いため、全体として多
少とも変形して加工精度に狂いを生じ易い不都合を伴う

その目的としたもので、長さ方向の中間部に肉薄部を有
する形状のワークを、ダィキャスト成形した後、旋盤そ
の他で切削加工する式のものにおいて、該ワークの該ダ
ィキャスト成形に際し該肉薄部に補強リブを一体に形成
させ、該切削加工の後譲りブを除去することを特徴とす
る。

第3図はその1例を示すもので、ワーク1は長さ方向の
両端部に軸部2,2とその中間部に膨大する肉薄部3と
を有する形状とし、このワーク1を夕十ィキャスト成形
により用意し、次でこれに旋盤その他による切削加工を
施すが、この切削加工に際しては前記したように該ワー
ク1はその両外側から軸支されるもので、これに備えて
該肉薄部3に長さ方向に略沿った補強リブ4を備えるよ
うにした。これを詳述すれば、該肉薄部3は一側面が開
放する枠雀状をなし、該補強リブ4はその開放する側面
内に長さ方向に対し多少とも額斜してのびるものとし、
これを前記したダィキヤスト成形に際し、該ワーク1と
一体に形成させ、次いで該ワーク1はそのま)切削加工
されるが、その切削加工の終了によれば該ワーク1は次
で該リブ4を除去されて製品に得られるものとする。こ
のように本発明によるときはワークはダイキャスト成形
に際し、その肉薄部に補強リブを一体に形成され、次で
そのま)切削加工を施されるもので、該ワークは、該肉
薄部を該リブで補強されてこれに加工精度の狂いを生ず
るようなことがなく、更に該リブは次で除去するのみで
足りて作業は簡単である等の効果を有する。
