動車用燃料ポンプと別体に形成した燃料蒸気セパレータ

Claims

（１）吸入側逆止弁と吐出側逆止弁２とを備えたポンプ
室内の燃料に、脈動圧を加えることによってポンプ作用
が行われ燃料吐出口３を経て気化器浮子室に燃料を供給
する自動車用燃料ポンプの前記吐出側逆止弁２より下流
側燃料流路に燃料流が通過する濾過部材６を配置して、
前記ポンプ室内で発生した燃料蒸気の通過を阻止し、前
記濾過部材６よりも上流側で前記吐出側逆止弁２より下
流側の燃料流路に、前記通過を阻止された燃料蒸気を排
出する燃料蒸気流出通路を設けてなる自動車用燃料ポン
プの燃料蒸気セパレータ。(1) Pumping action is performed by applying pulsating pressure to the fuel in the pump chamber, which is equipped with a suction side check valve and a discharge side check valve 2, and fuel is supplied to the carburetor float chamber through the fuel discharge port 3.
