すもので、第１図は全体概要を示す斜視図、第２図は第
１図のチップ形クロスオーバ形成部材を裏側から見た斜
視図゛、第３図は応用例を示す正面図、第４図は第３図
のチップ形クロスオーバ形成部材の平面図、第５図は同
裏面図である。 図中、１，１３，１４．２０．２１はＸ方向に伸びた導
体パターン、２．　６．　１５．　１９はＹ方向に伸び
た導体パターン、３．１２はチップ形クロスオーバ形成
部材、５．１８は絶縁体基板、８゜２２．２３はスルー
ホール部、１１は多層回路板、１”７はスルースタッド
部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多層回路板の任意の層に、第１の方向に伸びる複数の第
    １の導体パターンと、該第１の方向と交差する第２の方
    向に伸びる複数の第２の導体パターンとを、少なくとも
    いずれか一方の導体パターンが該両溝体パターンのクロ
    スする部分においてと切れるように形成するとともに、
    前記第１、第２の導体パターンの内のと切れている部分
    に対応する１種類以上の導体パターン群を絶縁体基板に
    形成してなるチップ形クロスオーバ形成部材を、該部材
    の導体パターン群の両端を対応する前記第１、第２の導
    体パターンの内のと切れている部分の端部に接続して前
    記多層回路板の表面に取り付けたことを特徴とする多層
    回路板の配線構造。
