Claims (1)
- ベース材上の少なくとも銅箔パターン上にソルダレジス
ト層を設け、さらにそのソルダレジスト層の上にカバー
コート層を設け、かつ銅箔ランド等の半田付等を目的と
して露出された銅箔部周囲のソルダレジスト層の端面を
カバーコート層の端面よりも内方に突出したことを特徴
とするプリント配線基板。
