Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the accurate feed of an ink ribbon, by a method wherein a capstan is fabricated from a low hardness material while a pinch roller is excluded and a pass roller for regulating the wind-around amount of the ink ribbon to the capstan is provided. CONSTITUTION:A capstan 6 for positively feeding an ink ribbon 2 is fabricated from a low hardness material (pref., polyurethane rubber with Shore hardness A of about 20-30 deg.) and the ink ribbon 2 is wound-around the capstan 6 while a pinch roller is not used. The wound-around amount thereof is regulated so as to be sufficiently taken by the positional alteration of a pass roller 7 provided in the vicinity of the capstan 6. By this mechanism, the ink ribbon 2 is closely contacted with the outer periphery of the drive capstan 6 only by the tension of the ink ribbon 2 wound up by a spool 1 and transferred to a direction shown by an arrow A at a predetermined speed in a non-slip state by the drive capstan 6 to be wound up by the spool 1.

As mentioned above, the ribbon tape winding device of the present invention uses a low hardness material as the driving capstan (6). At the same time, the contact length of the inked ribbon tape (2) wound around the outer circumferential surface of the driving capstan (6) was sufficiently secured by the pass roller (force), so that the spool (1) The ribbon tape (2) is tightly attached to the outer periphery of the driving capstan (6) and is prevented from slipping when the tape (2) is wound up by the arrow (A). direction at a predetermined speed, and then sequentially wound onto the spool (1).
Depending on the material of the ribbon tape (2) with ink, the length of this ribbon tape (2) (7jl + length of contact with the moving capstan (6)) should be determined by passing the roller (kaniyotsu).
It's something to adjust.

As mentioned above, according to the present invention, the ink-covered ribbon tape (6) is used as a <-3 drive gear bustan (6) on a low hardness material, and is applied externally to the outer circumferential surface of the drive capstan (6). 2) σ−. )% Qjl 1
The pass roller (7) is designed to take sufficient thickness (・l), so there is no need for a structure with a structure similar to that of conventional pinch rollers, there are fewer Wl.l adjustment points, and it is cheaper , to provide an IJ bond tape winding device F'1.
It has the effect of making a difference.
