However, in the above method, it is not possible to move on to the next step until the paint is dry, which results in a lack of workability, and the products may come into contact with each other or with other objects during drying, resulting in staining of the painted surface. There is danger.

In addition, filament winding and braiding methods, which are used to manufacture some golf shafts and badminton shafts, create a type of pattern by breaking the fibers by surface grinding, which is one of the factors that improves the product image. However, since the surface of laminated tubes produced by the sheet winding method is a sheet aligned in one direction, the appearance of filament winding or braiding cannot be obtained even if it is ground.

The laminated tube according to the present invention is a unidirectionally aligned sheet made of a combination of carbon fibers and reinforcing fibers such as organic fibers and boron fibers as necessary, woven fabric or filament windings or braids thereof, and epoxy resin or polyester. It is formed by laminating and winding prepregs impregnated with resin and preheated to bring them into a B-stage state, singly or in combination, so that the carbon fiber layer is located at least as the outermost layer.

Patterns that give uneven patterns to the prepreg wound around the core metal include rubber-based, metal-based (stainless steel, steel, aluminum, etc.) pattern types, glass fiber, etc.
Examples include articles having uneven patterns such as woven fabrics and braided fabrics made of carbon fibers and synthetic fibers, as well as shrink tapes and strings.

In short, any material can be used for the pattern as long as it has unevenness, heat resistance, and shape compatibility, and with shrink tape and string, spiral patterns, cross patterns, etc. can be created by changing the winding angle appropriately. Can be granted.

In addition, in the case of a pattern with poor mold releasability, this can be done by covering the surface of the prepreg in advance with a release film and placing the pattern on top of it.

Next, heat and pressurize according to a prescribed method to mold and harden, and after curing, remove the pattern from the surface of the molded laminated tube, and remove part or all of the uneven pattern formed on the surface of the laminated tube until the surface becomes smooth. Grind and apply transparent or translucent paint to the surface.

以下、本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

The drawing is a process diagram showing the manufacturing of a laminated pipe according to the present invention, in which a prepreg 2 made of a unidirectionally aligned sheet of carbon fiber impregnated with epoxy resin is wrapped around a core metal 1, and then a convex strip is formed on the surface of the prepreg 20. Wrap the pattern 3 made of stainless steel with a protruding part 3', and then wrap the shrink tape 4 in the usual way.
The pattern mold 3 is fixed by wrapping it around the mold, and is molded and hardened under heat and pressure.

After curing, the core bar 1 is pulled out, the shrink tape 4 and the pattern 3 are removed from the surface of the formed laminated tube 5, and the grooves 6 formed by the ridges 3' formed on the surface of the formed laminated tube 5 are ground until they are completely eliminated. Then, a laminated tube 5' with a smooth surface is obtained.

Thereafter, by coating the surface of the laminated tube 5' with a colored transparent paint T, it is possible to obtain a laminated tube in which a striped pattern 8 with deep luster appears by anisotropic reflection of light.

In addition, when a synthetic resin pipe or the like is used as the core metal 1, it is of course possible to leave the core metal 1 as it is without pulling it out after molding and hardening to form a composite laminated pipe.

The patterned laminated tube of this invention has a smooth surface but is patterned, and the pattern stands out on the surface due to the optical anisotropic reflection of carbon fibers, and depending on the viewing direction, the pattern may not appear. Therefore, it is possible to provide a laminated pipe with an appearance unprecedented in the past.

Moreover, unlike conventional paints such as brush painting, spraying, screen printing, and transfer marks, the pattern is not exposed on the surface, so there is no problem of fading or peeling off over time, and it can be used for a long time. It is possible to maintain the original pattern form and provide a laminated tube with great commercial value.

Furthermore, by combining with filament winding and braiding methods, more complex patterns can be created, and a laminated tube with an improved appearance image than the current one can be provided.
