By changing it, uneven steps were created. Embossed decorative boards obtained by these chemical embossing methods had shallow recesses and were extremely poor in physical properties such as stain resistance.
Furthermore, in the method of using a patterned board with concaves and convexes that are synchronized with the design of the decorative board, the surface properties are good, but it is extremely difficult to obtain a precisely matched embossed decorative board, and the meaning of synchronization has diminished. The present invention overcomes these conventional drawbacks and provides a method for producing tone embossed decorative boards and decorative sheets without impairing surface properties.

In the case of synthetic resin films, there are polyester and polypropylene films, and in the case of metal foils, there are aluminum and copper foils. For paper, there are

It is. A transfer pattern 3 is printed on one side of such a release sheet 1 using transfer ink.

On the other side of the release sheet 1, a hard embossing convex portion 2 with a pattern that is in sync with the transfer pattern 3 is formed.

There is no particular restriction on the forming method, but it is preferable to use the same printing method as for the transfer pattern. As described above, the transfer sheet 1 with the transfer pattern 3 printed on one side and the convex portions 2 formed on the other side is As shown in FIG. 2, it is sandwiched between the backing board 4 and the decorative board components 5, such as an overlay paper 6, a patterned paper 7 (titanium paper), and a mount layer 8.

(Fig.), the hard convex portion 2 bites into the decorative laminate component 5, and the component 5 is recessed. At the same time, the transferred pattern 3 is transferred to the overlay paper 6, and an embossed decorative board 10 in which the transferred pattern and the recesses 9 are aligned is completed. In the present invention, it is also possible to print a pattern on the pattern paper 7 of the decorative board structure 5 in advance and combine it with the transfer pattern 3. The printed portion of the tuned embossed decorative board 10 of the present invention has excellent stain resistance due to the concave portions 9.
In practical terms, it has physical properties that are not much different from ordinary decorative boards. In particular, when surface properties are required, the transfer printing pattern 3 can be printed on the transfer printing surface of the release sheet 1 coated with a surface resin for decorative board in advance. In this case, there is a resin layer on the surface of the obtained tuned embossed decorative board 10, and the surface physical properties are more excellent. Next, the present invention will be explained by examples. Example 1 An abstract pattern for transfer is screen printed on one side of a 25μ matte polypropylene film using heat-resistant melamine decorative ink, and on the other side, a urethane resin containing 70% titanium white is printed at the same position as the transfer pattern. A pattern for imprinting with a thickness of 10 μm was printed using a silk screen.
