反転した凹凸模様をもち、更に、下層に印刷したストラ
イプ柄をもつ極めて意匠効果の高いジアリルフタレート
樹脂化粧板が得られた。なお、凹凸模様は本実施例のも
のに限定するものではなく、例えば幾何学的模様等でも
よい。又、賦型シートはロール状であるため一回加熱加
圧成形した後、順次取り出すことにより連続でジアリル
フタレート樹脂化粧板を製造することができる。又、本
発明の賦型シートは8回〜10回程度の連続して使用で
き、更にロール状になっているので連続してシートを供
給でき作業効率がよい。

剥離が軽いので損傷しにくく、又表面の凹凸模様が消え
にくいため(他の熱硬化性樹脂化粧板と比較して、低
温、低圧で短時間で成形できるため)同じ賦型シートを
8回〜10回程度繰り返し使用することができる。
