Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a solar cell as an auxiliary power supply means for car, by arranging solar cells on a roofboard freely openable/closable thereby eliminating special working of chassis and improving compatibility. CONSTITUTION:An insulation/buffer members 4a of such as silicon rubber assembled with solar cells 1 is arranged on an undercover formed with a recess then covered with glass cover 2 which is fastened through a deformed damper 28 and damper 27 by means of screws from the lower face of sunroof and a flange 26. The deformed stopper 28 is made of rigid material while the damper 27 is made of resilient material to prevent the solar cell and glass cover from cracking in case of overfastening. A rubber flange 26 is fixed across glass cover 2, flange 26 and undercover 30a then the fastening section is sealed to achieve water-tightness.

Conventionally, when equipping a car with a Taiyo 11?1 pond, the installation method was disclosed in the patent application filed in 1983 by the present inventors.
As proposed in No. 53195, there are methods such as 1) making a recess in the roof and attaching it there, 2) fixing it tightly to the inside of the passenger compartment of the rear window, and 3) attaching it to the luggage rack behind the rear seat. be. However, method l) requires special processing of the car body, and methods 2) and 3) not only impede rear visibility for passengers, but also damage the roof of the car or support it depending on the orientation of the car body. There was a problem that sunlight did not reach the Taiyo 11L pond due to the pillars creating a shadow. In addition, if solar cells are installed outside the car by installing solar cells on sunpipes or sunbeams to solve the problem of JL and others, it will not only increase the air resistance of the car, but also create another problem that will easily lead to unpopularity. Furthermore, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 56-16512 describes a system in which solar cells are installed on the inside of the car on a sliding ceiling panel, but with this method, the installed part protrudes into the passenger compartment and interferes with the passenger's head. There is a problem in that it narrows the distance between the building and the building, making it less comfortable to live in.

In the present invention, with this configuration, solar TI can be attached to the roof panel portion that can be opened and closed. In order to install the pond, there is no need to specially process the vehicle body, and it has excellent compatibility, and it is possible to secure the driver's or passenger's visibility. It also has a locking device and is integrated with the surface of the roof plate part. Since the solar cells are sealed with a transparent cover, they are structurally strong and can be stolen. ! In addition, the installation part does not protrude into the interior of the car, ensuring comfortable living, and does not protrude outside the car and worsen the air resistance of the car body, and the sun does not change depending on the direction of the car body. It is possible to obtain the output of a battery, making it possible to use solar cells as an auxiliary power supply means for automobiles.
