Conventionally, as cushioning materials for laminate molding, rubber plates, rubber sheets, plywood, paper, etc. were placed between the closest molding grate, but these cushioning materials have a high resistance to heat conduction to the molding grate. In addition, the cushioning properties became uneven, causing scratches on the laminate and poor appearance, and reducing dimensional stability.

本発明は上記欠点を解決するもので、クフシ。The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The present invention will be explained in detail below. The cushioning material used in the present invention may be any material that can withstand the heat during laminate molding and has a cushioning material, such as paper, rubber sheet, rubber plate, resin sheet, resin plate, cloth, nonwoven fabric, etc. It is preferable to use paper, which is inexpensive, although it is not a cheap paper. In addition, it is also possible to use not only one sheet of the hardening material T/i but also a plurality of sheets laminated to further improve the hardening property and uniformity.

Rigid plates are those that can withstand the heat during laminate forming, such as iron plates, stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, brass plates, resin plates, laminate boards, wood, plywood, etc., and are particularly limited as long as they are rigid. However, it is preferable to use a metal plate with good thermal conductivity. The cushioning material of the present invention has the above-mentioned rigid plate interposed between the above-mentioned cushioning materials. Although the rigid plate may be interposed between the cushioning materials each time it is used, it is preferable that the rigid plates are interposed between the cushioning materials. It is more convenient and desirable to use it after it has been installed.

Any method such as weighing may be applied. As the molding grates, those conventionally used such as iron plates, stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, brass plates, etc. can be used as they are. For the laminate, resins for laminates include phenol resin, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyene del resin, melamine resin, polyimide, polybutadiene, polyamide, polyamideimide, polysulfone, polybutylene terephthalate, polyether needle ketone,
Fluorinated resins, etc. alone, modified products, and mixtures are used, and water and methyl alcohol are used to adjust the viscosity as necessary.

A laminate obtained by laminating a required number of prepregs made of non-woven fabric, mat, paper, or a combination of these substrates, impregnated with the above-mentioned resin for laminates and dried on the above-mentioned i-layer board base material. It is a laminate in which metal foil such as copper foil is placed on the upper surface, the L- surface, and the lower surface. The manufacturing method of the laminate of the present invention involves placing the laminate between the above-mentioned molding grates in multi-stage molding of the laminate, silently placing the cushioning material of the present invention between the molding grates closest to each other, and forming the laminate under heat and pressure. This is how the laminate is obtained.

EXAMPLE A cushion sheet was obtained by interposing one stainless steel plate of 2M thickness in the center of eight sheets of thick 1O Mils kraft paper and partially adhering the peripheral edges with a seal. Next, 0.2M thick kraft paper was impregnated with phenolic resin varnish in an amount of % (hereinafter simply referred to as %) of the resin placement piece so that the adhesion amount was % (w%), dried to obtain prepreg, and 8 sheets of the Gripreg were obtained. 10 sets of laminates were placed between 2M thick stainless steel molded plates and placed between hot platens.
After placing the above cushioning material between the molding plates closest to each other, the molding pressure is 100-1 and the molding temperature is 160°.
C. for 60 minutes to obtain a laminate with a thickness of 1.6N.
